The 3 charges at the beginning was because the party had low dps and couldn't get the health down below 90%, else it would have done the tethers instead of the charges
people leaving dungeon early cause they check ur weapon and health. If you don't have 10k hp , they will assume you have bad gear and just wasting time.

The charge after pillar stance can be avoided if the tank goes into the fire right at the end of the pillar phase.
