Scorpion Tail Fritters should stack with all of that. It's movement speed and attack speed. I've never tried to stack it with three other utilities though, so you would have to test.
Also, add a mana potion for even more mana Regen!

You misread the AH. That isn't 3 lucent. It was actually 29 lucent, for one food. That is not cheap.
FYI nothing can sell for 3 lucent. 10 lucent minimum.

No you are wrong. That number isn't the price its the total amount of listings. You need to actually click on it to see what the prices are. The vast majority of food items sell for a fraction of a lucent each. You have to sell them in stacks if you want to even try.
