I have a PhD in biology (all wet lab) and I am doing a master in bioinformatics right now (part-time). I really enjoy doing both. I believe having good wet lab knowledge and techniques is very important to performing bioinformatics data analysis.
Yeah I'm thinking of doing my masters in bioinformatics in America and if I really like it and want further career advancement I'll do my PhD in Europe. Thanks for this video!
Really liking your content, would it be possible to make a video surround how to choose a research topic for those who are going for a PhD? This is my issue currently. Thanks again for the videos
Hi! I really enjoy your content! They’re super informative. I’m a second year undergrad majoring in bioinformatics in the US. Do you have any suggestions on what kind of labs/internships I should have during undergrad if I want to go into the pharmaceutical industry right after graduation? Thank you so much!!
@@BaseCalling Pls, what did you do here (Molecular Medicine) and will one get to know Bioinformatics (Genomics and some proteomics) well enough by doing another PhD in this area?
