      It makes me sick too Breezy. Just like that story where Judith Barsi’s father killed his own daughter cause of his jealousy of her success of being an actress. And FYI, he didn’t get arrested cause he killed himself before the cops arrested him. If you don’t know her, she was a child actress who played on the Don Blurth movies: land before time and All dogs go to heaven(last movie she played in). Like she was such an innocent niña, she didn’t deserve that.

    The most damning piece of evidence that show that the parents were involved in her death to some degree was the ransom note: It was very long and detailed and, (when timed by experts) took around 25 min to write. A kidnapper would never spend that much time inside a home risking getting caught. There were 2 practice notes that were found crumpled up in the bin and the yellow paper and stationary were all materials from the home that was used to write the note

      After researching the case fully for years I also believe the brother did it. He clearly was very disturbed mentally, he would poo in her bed, on her toys etc. He had hit her in the head before with a golf club.

    • @nightwithout-stars1951
      @nightwithout-stars1951 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Do you think a nine year old would have the strength to hit her with that much force? They said the crack in her skull was eight inches long. Also, I doubt a rich white kid who killed someone by accident would be treated that badly by the justice system. They probably would’ve sent him to a juvenile facility until his 18th birthday. He wouldn’t be locked up in an Attica-like prison. I think her daddy did it. He probably was the one who molested her over time. He might have feared getting caught and killed her. An outside killer doesn’t make sense to me. Why leave a ransom note and not take her hostage? The parents may have planned to make it look like a ransom and then hid her body in the basement and planned to dispose of it later. When they saw police weren’t leaving anytime soon, they “found” her body.

    • @lollietacooliva
      @lollietacooliva 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      @@nightwithout-stars1951 I definitely believe a 9 year old boy has the strength to crack a 6 year olds skull using some form of a weapon. I work in a long day care centre and work with 3-5 year olds. Last year a boy I looked after split open the head of another boy I looked after using only the blunt handle end of a wooden spoon, the boy who did it was 4 and the other boy was 5. So yes I believe 100% that he was able to do worse to her. Also if you have heard of the James Buldger case where 2, 9 year olds killed the 2 year old boy brutally. You would understand how a child is capable and able to do such atrocities. The dad being the killer is disproven also. And yes what you said about the rich white boy thing is true, but doesn’t make sense. Why would the Ramsey family want to ruin their reputation further by turning in their only child they have left and have people judge them or blame them for his actions. By covering up the murder they don’t have to lose their baby, the only baby they have left. Even if he did kill her, I think there love for him was what made them be able to overlook it. They clearly over looked his other hostile and disgusting actions towards her such as defecating in her bed and attacking her constantly. What makes you think they wouldn’t overlook this?

    Definitely family or someone close was involved. Someone said you don’t end up with a dead child in your basement randomly… and that is true. Someone in that family network knows the truth. But there’s been crimes committed by random people and the killer was unknown to the family, the family got pinned for it. Honestly it’s really sad. I also feel like, if the family knew, that they would have cracked by now as well from guilt and pressure. We have no idea what happened. Poor little girl. Christmas is tainted for that entire family for generations to come. it’s pure evil at work.

    If it weren't for the weird three-page ransom note the family wouldn't have been blamed. Things do not add up with the intruder theory. I think the son killed her and they tried to cover it up. I'm sure they were grief-stricken from the shock. Then the family asked all their friends to come over after supposedly finding the note. The parents ruined all the evidence themselves. The police should have checked the whole house with the parents instead of Jon later finding her body and then bringing her upstairs. He could have yelled keeping her where she was.

    A theory that I sorta believe is that one of her family members hit her with something either on accident or on purpose due to there being blunt force trauma being found but she actually survived being struck. She actually died from being strangled. One of the family members probably strangled her to make sure she was dead so they wouldn't have their reputation or something ruined. They then made it seem like someone else had come in and killed her. It makes sense to me but also who really knows.

Now I consider myself fortunate I wasn't that poor girl or stuck with a very short life like hers. Insane that the mystery around who committed the crime still hasn't been solved. Even though it wasn't him, I still kind of think her older brother, from what I have seen of him on talk shows, seems kind of creepy. But not nearly as creepy as knowing someone somewhere got away with it all this time and the perp might also be dead now for all we know. The world may never really have all the answers.

  • @rose7531
    @rose7531 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    I’m pretty sure the parents and brother has something to do with this case because patsy and her friends were cleaning the tables during the crime scene which is already contaminating the case for there could’ve contained some important evidence on the counter. Also there were friends of Jonbenet who were just scrambling around the house perhaps messing/moving key clues that could solved the case. The ransom note was also very strangely detailed asking for the father’s bonus money ($118,000) so it must be somebody close to the family or relatives (even the family themselves). The ransom note also mentioned that if they inform authorities, the girl would die. But the thing is that the girl was probably already dead before the mom found the note by the staircase bottom. The investigators were also stupid in searching the house because they searched everywhere for the missing girl except for the basement which they declined to go in, but the dad found her in the basement- dead.
