That baby was murdered in that house. There is no way a killer would break in the house write a ransom note demanding for money and leave the body in the house. Makes no sense at all.
@karen campbell For who ?definitely not the family. Most likely theory based on the circumstancial evidence, brother knocked her with the flashlight behind the head, parents either finished her off or used the strangulation ''device'' to cover the blow. Then used the kidnapping as a coverup. What can some pineapples do for you
@karen campbell All the circumstancial evidence that the public is aware of , lead to someone in the family doing it and highly likely being brother the murderer , father covering any evidence by carrying her and inviting people to the house plus immediately going to the basement and saying '' oh i found her '' , and mom writing the letter. father is not innocent imo as well , my guess is he molested her
Utter and complete rubbish she along with the rest of Boulder police dept did the most messed up investigation ever on that morning she didn't look saddened, she looked crazy and knew that big questions would be asked regarding the police approach to the case how can detectives enter a crime scene and not do a thorough search of the house from top to bottom how can they not have asked the friends of the Ramsey's to leave the scene of crime which this was long before Jon Benet body was ever found, there is only one reason why this case has never been solved and that's because the police didn't do what every policeman or woman are expected to do INVESTIGATE !!
@@abagailalexander1615 She didn't know her ass from a hole in the ground. She prejudged the case before an investigation had even begun. What in hell could she know at that point. The investigation was tainted from the get-go by the cops assumption the family did it, and subsequent information and facts were interpreted in that light.
So the father finds the beaten, bound, bloodied corpse of his tiny baby girl. And rather than scream for help - or call her name to wake her up - or just sobbing inconsolably... he just calmly unties her and brings her upstairs to the cops like “hey look what I found” Everyone reacts strangely to trauma but that is a miiiighty strange reaction even when you take that into account.
@Janet Snakehole "Perfect Murder, Pefect Town." Lawrence Schuler p. 18 "Ramsey led Fleet White down to the basement. In Burke’s train room, they looked at the broken window. Ramsey told White that some months ago, he’d found himself locked out of the house and had broken the window, unlatched it, and climbed through. Before they left the train room, they searched two closets near the entrance to the room. Then Ramsey, with White a few paces behind, turned right into the boiler room. At the rear was a door leading to what the family called the wine cellar, a windowless room with brick walls. Ramsey pulled the door open toward himself, stood at the threshold, and, peering to the left into the darkness, saw a white blanket on the floor just as he reached for the switch on the wall to his right and turned on the light. Then he saw two little hands sticking out from under the blanket. “Oh my God, oh my God,” he cried. JonBenét was lying on the floor, partly wrapped in the blanket. Her hands were extended over her head and appeared to be tied together. There was tape covering her mouth. From a distance of about 12 feet, Fleet White saw Ramsey enter the wine cellar and turn out of sight to his left. As Ramsey cried out a second time, White followed him into the room. By now Ramsey had ripped the tape off his daughter’s mouth and was untying the cord from around one of her wrists. White knelt beside Ramsey and touched one of JonBenét’s feet."
John Ramsey was quoted in an interview I watched it he said she looks so peaceful when he found her is he insane she was brutally murdered she had a rope around her neck she was tortured and killed
Never ever ever going to find out the person responsible for that little girls death looking outside the family. Need to go for the three people who were alive in the house at the moment of the 911call.
@karen campbell You don't think it's suspicious that the door was latched?? How was it possible for the "intruder" to latch the door from the outside?? Did they just walk out the front door instead of going through the window?
Back then, it was disturbing to see the parents be so emotionless and calm. They were even faking their expressions pleading for the killer to show up. They did it.
@@ronniemartin5088 it must have been one or more of them. An intruder has been debunked. Furthermore the ransom letter was completely ridiculous. We’re not fools.

No one was focused on the time.... if my daughter was kidnapped I'd constantly be checking the time the kidnappers said they were going to call.... no one found that odd? Almost like they knew they would never get that call at 10
@Erica Bouchard John was in his study by the phone which had been tapped by the police and a recording device put on it. He picked up his mail that had been put through the mail slot in the door and looked at it back in his study hoping to find a clue. There was NO CHANCE of missing a call from the purported kidnappers.
I feel for the detective, Linda Arnt, who was left alone in the house without another officer or any backup. When she saw the father carrying the dead girl up the basement stairs, she knew right away that the killer was a family member, not an intruder.
I too felt this detective being left alone was ridiculous. Linda had very creepy eyes during that interview. But that may have been from so much pent up emotion. She felt in her gut that he did it. And that feeling was very strong.
The officer is more traumatised than the parents. Something scared her, made her count her bullets. That's survival mode. She was surrounded by friends of the parents cleaning away evidence and the father cross contaminated everything. The killer/s is/are still out there.
The mom wrote the note, so she knew what had happened already when she called 911, so her entire reaction isn’t believable. How can you claim your daughter is gone and you know you haven’t searched the entire house? I’m looking through the entire house, yard, neighbor’s houses & yards, 1000 times if my kid is missing. No footprints near that window? Glass broken from the inside? The ransom amount the exact same as the dad’s bonus? How are these people even detectives?
@karen campbell Just curious. Glad to know someone from another country knows more about an American investigation than someone who lived in the same town the Ramsey’s fled to in GA and heard a whole lot more than they tell you here. But we’ll go with your version.
The jacket Patsy wore had red, black AND gray fibers. Why didn't they find any gray then? What about the animal furs on the duct tape and Jonbenet's hands? There were no animal hairs of the two colors found anywhere else in that house. The police even went to Charlevoix MI looking for "beaver fur." The two colors of fur were the same as found on the wolf dog pups of Michael Helgoth. Did they ever bother to have scientific inquiry about those furs? NO! They were too intent on railroading the Ramsey's to prison. Guess who had a clip spliced on their personal tape of a Disney Santa waking up a little girl? Michael Helgoth. @@mrliberty8468 I agree. Expert graphologists: During the investigation, the Boulder Police Department and Boulder County District Attorney's Office consulted at least six handwriting experts. Patsy Ramsey's jacket was red & black checked. There wasn't *any* gray on the jacket. That's *why* they didn't find any. None of Helgoth's DNA was found anywhere on or near JonBenet. Helgoth was cleared.
Detective knew john Ramsey killed Jonbenet. She was afraid of him all that day. He tried to arrange a flight to somewhere detective told. He went in the kitchen looking at mail. Strange. But he knew he killed his little girl Jonbenet. arrest him soon. Patsy didn't know he killed Jonbenet.
Linda Arndt eventually realized that her initial reaction was wrong. www.forumsforjustice.org/forums/threads/linda-arndt-speaks-with-forked-tongue.6954/ "There's no way to undo the wrong that was done (to the Ramsey family). But (it was) just to acknowledge what you could or couldn't do, and apologize for any error on my part and to offer myself in any way that was helpful to her." Arndt would not discuss her theories of the case, saying only that she doesn't hold the "prevailing view" within the Boulder Police Department, which increasingly keyed on Patsy Ramsey. "I'm able to confirm a lot of things that Patsy was maintaining for 10 years," Arndt said. Asked if what she is writing will eliminate anyone's suspicions about Ramsey, Arndt stopped short of saying so. "I think our expectation of the justice system is that you clear 'em or you don't, but you don't leave people hanging in the wind this long - at least, that's my interpretation," Arndt said. "I don't know that (the book) will exonerate. It will give people a context that they have not had before, and it will give them an understanding for everyone involved - but, particularly, for Patsy." I have the information, for somebody else who might. All the information is there." She said 90 percent of the case details have not been disclosed accurately."
This case has never made sense to me, JonBenet knew her killer, thats no question. How was she killed in her own home and no one heard her scream. This was personal. The way the police handled all of this makes me so angry. Her parents never once though about looking around their house until they were told to.
@@a.k.4085 Cops said that’s who actually strangled her. I remember that! But, the first cop actually said Her Father killed her and they were known for Rituals. I stopped watching because that’s at a level too disturbing to me.
That is ridiculous. He thought there was a chance she might be alive. Would you leave tape on your child's mouth if you believed there was a chance he/she was not dead? There was no black duct tape found in the house. They found animal fur on that tape and on JB's hands which has never been sourced. John took melatonin to sleep better and he looked forward to seeing his older kids in Michigan leaving early in the morning. He did not write the ransom note and neither did Patsy. This note was written well ahead of time and copied on to Patsy's pad of paper. Here is evidence the crime was PRE-meditated: Here is the mysterious comment of Jonbenet two nights before her death. "The day before Christmas, JonBenét was at our house playing with Megan. The kids were talking about Santa, getting all excited. I asked JonBenét if she had visited Santa Claus yet. She said, “Oh, Santa was at our Christmas party the other night.” Megan had seen Santa at the Pearl Street Mall, so we talked about that. Then JonBenét said, “Santa Claus promised that he would make a secret visit after Christmas.” I thought she was confused. “Christmas is tonight,” I told her. “And Santa will be coming tonight.” “No, no,” JonBenét insisted. “He said this would be after Christmas. And it’s a secret.” -Barbara Kostanick " "Perfect Town. Perfect Murder." Schiller
The father went straight to the basement. He casually found her body. Did not react with shock or horror. He deliberately removed evidence, and tampered. He had a reputation and life to protect. The child was still wetting her bed. This is textbook indicator of regular sexual abuse. No breakin. A nonsense ransom note. Contact deadline ignored. The Ramseys were always attempting to present themselves as victìms. They hired a publicist. Called press conferences. But after the first day, refused police scrutiny. At least the mother met with justice a few years later.
For some odd reason, I have never forgot about this case.I remember it like yesterday. I have chills watching this. I never knew of this evidence... Thank u for sharing! 🙏🏼
The lone detective that was in the home when JonBenet's body was "discovered" gave the answer to the crime. When the detective saw the dad carrying a now deceased JonBenet up the stairs she started counting the number of bullets in her gun. Her intuition told her dad did it and she was correct. Mom helped cover up by writing the note. The even invited all the friends over so excessive dna would be in their home. Knowing their daughter was downstairs all along.
If the father was part of the crime, he knew what he was doing when he further tainted the crime scene, moved the body, untied her, removed tape, laid her on a contaminated floor, threw a blanket over her. If he didn’t want the wife to see her, why didn’t he summon police downstairs while his wife was upstairs?
That’s assuming that he would be certain the cops would bot find her. They searched the entire house and didn’t, something he couldn’t have possibly known at the time.
Rita Turner, Of course he did. When he brought her up from the basement why didn't he place her on the couch in the living room? He puts her on the floor in the foyer 3 ft. away from the front door. Almost everybody in Boulder was in that house at one time. He knew exactly what he was doing that snake.

@karen campbell it took investigators like 14 years just to clear the parents tho in other viral cases involving children the parents are the first suspects the dad should be a main suspect because he didn’t cry at all or show any grief while the mom cried plus there was no sign of a break in which meant someone was already in the house before it happen

The police not worthy of the name in this case, their incompetence from the start is the reason the killer is still unknown, and the parents were mauled and abused by the worlds press, the scene of crime wasn't searched from top to bottom before they left a rookie detective alone who had little or no experience in homicide, she was later given a desk job because she handled things so badly

When someone is out to kidnap someone for ransom, they go out with a single goal, to kidnap the person, cause they have an end goal of obtaining money. When they strike, they strike prepared. They dont write ransom notes where they do the kidnapping. And after going through all that, they arent gonna get so sidetracked that they are gonna kill the one they're out to kidnap, especially when it's such a tiny person who doesn't stand a chance in resistance vs a grown man. R.i.p jon benet, I hope they arrest who ever did this to you, no matter who they are.
Detectives Ollie Gray and John San Agustin believe that more than one perpetrator was involved. The length of the RN and the amount of detail it had from movies indicates that it was not written at the time of the crime, but some time before. It was just copied on to Patsy's pad using her pen by someone who was told where to locate them. That means this crime was premeditated. Here is another indication that it was premeditated: "The day before Christmas, JonBenét was at our house playing with Megan. The kids were talking about Santa, getting all excited. I asked JonBenét if she had visited Santa Claus yet. She said, “Oh, Santa was at our Christmas party the other night.” Megan had seen Santa at the Pearl Street Mall, so we talked about that. And most importantly, who would know that there was an in floor safe in the Wine Cellar Room where JB was found murdered. The answer: The same person who had identical pads and pens, black duct tape and white nylon cord as found in their house the very day of the murder, by the POLICE! Linda Pugh and her husband Mervyn. They were at the Ramsey home during Thanksgiving with the task of bringing the Christmas trees for the Open House upstairs to the different rooms. Have ALWAYS thought the parents/family was involved. Just by their behavior alone. And a 3 page ransom letter? It took me almost an hour sometimes to put down 3 pages worth back in college when writing papers, so that never made sense to me. You'd have to feel pretty damn comfortable to write 3 pages inside a home where you just committed a horrendous crime with others inside. Yeah, that part never made sense.
Jonbenet murder: I think it was definitely the mother. maybe the father aswell. the mother always wanted to be the center of attention, and her famous daughter dying on Christmas morning? that’s would be global, and it was. and the only way that red stuff from her jacket would’ve touched the inside of the duck tape if if she had touched it prior to the murder, and that couldn’t have happened because she would’ve had to go down to the basement, which she said she hadn’t.
Patsy did not know the movies referenced, would have been totally distraught as she was when JB was found, and could not have calmly composed the long ransom note. Furthermore, six graphologists at the Wolf v. Ramsey libel trial said she was not the person who wrote the note. The note was prepared ahead of time and then copied onto Patsy's pad using her pen. The very day of the murder the police went to Linda Pugh's house and found identical pads and papers. Later Pugh wrote a Chapter of a book she called "The Death of an Innocent." There she revealed she used Patsy's hand written To DO instructions, to study Patsy's writing. Read them for yourself: Chapter 1 of "The Death of an Innocent." someoneisgettingawaywithmurder.blogspot.com/2010/11/death-of-innocent.html "One of the ways in which Patsy Ramsey would communicate with me was through handwritten notes, which she would leave for me with instructions for various duties around the house that needed my attention. In the fourteen month period that I worked for the Ramseys, I was left several dozen handwritten notes by Patsy Ramsey. I am quite familiar with her handwriting, and I believe I can recognize it with very little difficulty. I told the grand jury that since leaving the employ of the Ramseys, I had had occasion to see a copy of the ransom note found at the scene of JonBenet Ramsey's murder. It was heartbreaking for me to admit that the handwriting in the ransom note looked very much like the handwriting Patsy Ramsey used in writing her notes to me." The handwriting and language of the note were all yours. I can hear your "voice" in the note. The word "hence," for example, was in your Christmas cards and letters and a word you liked to use in conversation. The phrase "use that good Southern common sense" is what you kidded John about, since he was anything but Southern, having been born and raised in Michigan; the phrase "fat cat" is what your mother, Nedra, used to call you after you and John became rich. The ransom demand asked that the money be put in an attach, with a proper accent mark over the last e in attach. I remember how careful you always were to put the proper accent mark over the e in the second syllable of JonBenet's name. The ransom note even ended with the initials SBTC. Do you remember how fond you were of using initials as abbreviations for all sorts of expressions? By way of example, Patsy made her letter "a"s very distinctively, and she would use accents over words like JonBenet and attach, and often used initialing of words in combination, to name just a few of her many unique handwriting characteristics. Preparing the crime scene and writing the ransom note must have been time consuming and exhausting. You were up all night before you "found" the ransom note just before six a.m in the morning. Because I once felt very close to Patsy Ramsey, and regarded her with almost as much affection as a member of my immediate family, it has been hard for me to admit that I am now certain that the handwriting in the ransom note looks to me as if it was made by one and the same person. Patsy Ramsey."

Your sooooo right (sarcasm) that's why she has foreign dna under her finger nails, when she fought back. It's people like you that made police zero in in instead of looking for the intruder that came in. Have an open mind don't be closed minded
@@ServingVibes but can’t find the person that did it? After 25 years? They have 23 and me that works off of spit and can tell you your entire lineage but they can’t find the person with the matching dna? They can’t or they won’t? That’s the difference.
@@ServingVibes because the story isn't adding up. Who invites Friends over in a active crime scene and starts cleaning? Who sees the body and starts meddling with it? And why would a stranger have such a hatred for this child they would go this far? Why would they write a 3 page long ransome note, who has time for that after kidnapping a child? And the family is really weird in the interview imo, I believe they had something to do with it, maybe they helped cover up the crime, maybe they hired someone or something but they are involved in a way
I'm sayinn❗ The police supposedly "checked" the whole house smh and didn't even bother to look in the basement wha kind of police officers are they , and contaminated the scene smh I doubt this case will ever be solved, we can guess and believe who did it but we will never know for sure 🤦♀️💯
The dad is so cold how can he sit there and not shed a tear for his daughter as he talks about finding his daughter.. I'd be going crazy if it was my child... they definitely did it
@@sloane5445 Really! When John carried her body up the stairs she was as stiff as a board. He says to Linda Arndt, is she dead? Like he did not know already.
The dad comforted the mum like it was acting and like it was trying to convince the interviewer they are upset. Then the mum started to get play more emotional.
DARK_MATTER, The day the body was found the detective Linda Arndt said the father was not comforting the mother that day. They were not even sitting together. Patsy's friends were comforting her not her husband. VERY STRANGE!!!!
It's possible that the mother woke up and saw that the little girl was eating and she got pissed grabbed her or threw her and her head hit against something and she panicked took the little girl downstairs and made it seem like somebody came in and harmed her, I believe that the mother the father both know what happened for insurance purposes if they said that the little girl was murdered they would get paid and you could tell that the Rams is all about money and they knew once that little girl's head was broke like that she probably was still alive but with her doing beauty pageants and stuff like that she was no good to the family and they're going to lose money plus they're going to go to jail if they find out that how that little girl got hurt like that so the parents staged everything wrote that Ransom note.. And pulled off the biggest schem e in history called I wonder who killed JonBenet??... Well we can clear out everybody that was their friends because they showed up,we can clear out the theory of somebody calling and saying that they have their daughter because that phone call never came, and we know that it was nobody that was of color that just came into their house and did that because the ransom note was too long The Ransom note had exactly the amount of money that his bonus check was going to be so we know that Tyrone from the projects wouldn't have access to that information, plus whoever spelled everything in that Ransom note the none of the words were misspelled, which lets me know that someone had a college degree, at the end of the day this all points to the parents... There could be no body else that did this but then it was a mistake that turned into one of the world's biggest storylines of who killed JonBenet!!
@@a.k.4085 Believe me, losing a child does not work like that. There is no way to get rid of that pain, especially when you are talking about it directly.
I started bawling when they were explaining finding the little girl as I have two little girls myself , I felt sick to my stomach. So explain to me how the father and mother show NO remorse or sorrow recalling the details on this !? Clear sign of guilt.
Patsy was absolutely distraught and John broke down at the scene. Patsy started taking nerve pills to get through the day as you can see in interviews. John still breaks down and cries to this day even though he’s not the most emotional guy

The DNA could have been planted there on purpose by the parents, from someone's spit, or from a trash-can. i personally believe the father is the killer, her autopsy shows she was raped bu a huge dik. and who the fk would spend time writing 3 letters inside a house, and make the murder-weapon inside the house? someone in the family killed her, most likely the father. Listen closely now. the father either killed his own daughter, or ordered someone to kill her. He should be sentenced. For the level of effort, I lean towards dad. That blow to the head and the strangulation needs the strength of a grown man not a nine year old. For sure the parents either covered it up or did it . So mad that mom is dead, only burke can clear it up and bring justice to this poor girl. Is dad still alive?
Yea it had 2 be the dad then. That ransom note tho was prob written by the mom tho cuz her handwriting did match. Maybe the brother freaked out but idk. Its def a family member.

Did anybody watch this? Why, if they are just staging a murder, did they make it so extreme (complete with rape)? Why stage a murder when they could stage an accident instead? Faking a ransom and faking a murder are two different things, why do BOTH? Why not fake a break-in? This was too unnecessarily complicated for a staged murder.
It’s most definitely the dad. • He went into the place he was told to check LAST and knew where his daughter was straight away. • After he saw his daughters COLD DEAD BODY he was calm and put the dirty blanket on her body. • He was calm in the interviews when he was talking about his child’s death BUT He was loudly defensive when he was trying to prove he didn’t do it. • After he saw the dead body he immediately called his pilot to get him out of town, was it incase anyone found out it was him?
Yeah, they put all guilt on the police! Just like every miserable culprit, everyone's guilty of everything but him. (saying all of you are bad and I only I am good). They named JB after their own names, and son Burke.

It DID happen to these parents, yet they talk about it with no emotion. That's weird to me!!
He told a reporter he was uncomfortable with the beauty pageant stuff. Yet permitted it to continue. He had the responsibility to stop anything going on with his children that he thought wasn't good. It's disgusting. He and his wife are definitely responsible
Yes, they are. If Patsy hadn't been obsessed with perfect family image, she would've asked help for her children, especially Burke who was very disturbed, I believe a psychopath who molested his little sister in many ways even sexually ("playing doctors"). She hasn't asked for help even throughout 2 years during which JonBenet had 18 infections of a same nature (her privates). As JB was getting all the attention, Burke finally burst out of rage, jealousy and hate and hit her rally hard .... the parents covered up for him. But Patsy would rather die, even worse the innocent child died, than admit to the world and to herself that her family is not perfect, but troubled one.

They search every single room except the basement and when he is asked to search the house again he instantly goes to the basement?? Makes 0 sense. I don’t think the mom killed her but I think she helped cover it up for her husband or son.
The basement had been searched. Officer French didn't look inside that room because he was looking for a place where the kidnappers had exited and he could see a wooden turn latch showing it was locked from the outside. John also did NOT go directly to that room as you claim. "Ramsey led Fleet White down to the basement. White knelt beside Ramsey and touched one of JonBenét’s feet." @@vernonfrance2974 Once again Vernon you are not telling the whole story. When John Ramsey went down to the basement later with Fleet White after Linda Arndt told them both to search the house from top to bottom. John went right down to the wine cellar opened the door and said I found her then he turned on the light. So how did he see her before he turned on the light in the wine cellar that was so dark and no windows in there?? He knew already she was in there.

@@gwendatyas6251 The idea that a loving family would kill the apple of their eye, the one they called "Their Little Angel," is so nonsensical that it is amazing that it somehow became the mistaken belief of so many. There is no MOTIVE for such an action and the only reason that it seemed possible was the ineptitude of the BPD. Had they secured the crime scene when they arrived, and brought the scent dogs as they discussed, we would not be accusing the Ramsey's while ignoring the facts staring us right in the face. The experts said John did not write the note and said it was very unlikely that Patsy did. The bogus theories by Steve Thomas, who resigned because he had been leaking information to Vanity Fair and who decided he could make more money on the talk show circuit and writing a book based on the idea that Patsy killed her daughter because she wet the bed, is deplorable. The crime scene photos show the bed was not wet. Then we have Kolar who made up the bizarre notions that it was a piece of pineapple and railroad tracks that led to the poor little girl's demise. * Was the pineapple the only fruit found in JB's digestive system? A: No. The U. of Colorado scientists were tasked by the CBI with examining the contents. They found grapes, grape skins, and cherries in addition to the pineapple. books.apple.com/us/book/we-have-your-daughter/id1141521638 * What other source of the pineapple was there? A: The two victim advocates, Mary Lou Jedamus and Grace Morlock who the police called in got bagels and fruit for people who had come to help. "As the morning wore on, the victim advocates, Jedamus and Morlock, decided to go out and get bagels and fruit for everyone." "Perfect Murder, Perfect Town" Lawrence Schiller page 12 No can of pineapple or evidence of fresh pineapple was found in the house. *Why were Patsy's and Burke's fingerprints found on the bowl? A: Patsy would have Burke hand her dishes from the WASHER for her to put away. He tried to make his tall tale fit better by claiming it was toy train tracks not a stun gun that left marks on JB's face and back. "Dr. Michael Doberson, a forensic pathologist who examined the Boulder Coroner's autopsy report and autopsy photos, and who concluded that the injuries to "the right side of the face as well as on the lower left back are patterned injuries most consistent with the application of a stun gun." (Report of Michael Doberson, M.D., Ph.D. at 5(A) attach. as Ex. 3 to Defs.' Ex. Vol. I, Part A.)." (Carnes 2003:98). The toy train tracks had THREE PRONGS not two, unlike the two marks on JB's face and body and the tip of the prongs was not even the same shape as the marks on JB which showed burns as well as abrasions. Suspects with real motives and evidence pointing toward them - Michael Helgoth, Linda Pugh, and Chris Wolf were ignored. As was the case of a young girl nine months after who was accosted in her bed and may have been killed if her mother did not sleep nearby and scared the intruder off. Though she went to the same dance club, the clueless BPD decided it had no similarities with the Ramsey tragedy. I do not blame the public for swallowing the lies but there is so much pointing to others which I could cite. For now, let me quote Linda Arndt instead: At the time of Patsy's death Arndt went public and said the following: www.forumsforjustice.org/forums/threads/linda-arndt-speaks-with-forked-tongue.6954/ "There's no way to undo the wrong that was done (to the Ramsey family). But (it was) just to acknowledge what you could or couldn't do, and apologize for any error on my part and to offer myself in any way that was helpful to her." "I'm able to confirm a lot of things that Patsy was maintaining for 10 years," Arndt said. "I think our expectation of the justice system is that you clear 'em or you don't, but you don't leave people hanging in the wind this long - at least, that's my interpretation," Arndt said. "She said 90 percent of the case details have not been disclosed accurately."
I still wonder that.. Like, the detective was sitting on one side of JonBenet's body while her father was sitting on the other. He questioned the detective "Is she dead?" Instead of questioning "Is she alive?" Like how pathetic. Considering the fact that this beautiful little soul never got a chance to grow up.. She would've made a beautiful woman. Her parents certainly have something to do with her death. She was found dead on my birthday... 😟😢
Adaam Gulzar, When John carried the little girl up from the basement she was as stiff as a board. He knew already from her being stiff she was dead so why did he asked the detective is she dead. He was full of it. He knew because he knew where she was already in the wine cellar before he took her upstairs. I think they were planning to take her body to Michigan and dump her somewhere and claim the kidnappers never called to deliver the ransom money. But the plans changed because the BPD told them not to leave Boulder.
As I watch pasty tell the story the father just looks away like a well rehearsed part. Why wouldn’t you hold your wife’s hand and look at her? Be a support? He knows what happen they both do!
@Jessica Smith Your opinion is not based on any proven science. How do you think you can tell what a person's actions were based on where they look and whose hand they did or did not hold? If they wanted to be deceivers, as you suggest, they would have cried in public more and shown more support than they did. Instead, they acted calmly and logically, which is what smart people do. Do you remember the mother who strapped her little boys into their car seats and then let the car roll into a lake where they drowned? She did a great job of acting grief stricken but that did not make her innocent.
How can these parents discuss finding their child and all these horrible positions with tape over her mouth and neither one of them are crying or upset they’re talking like they’re discussing their vacation plans.

Idk if you guys saw the part where the mom called her sister and she told her “they took her”. The mom was referring to the ransom note being hysteric but I’m curious as to why she said “they” instead of “someone took her”. Did they have someone after them? Did they owe someone? I think the parents are responsible maybe not to the point that they killed her themselves but maybe took some risks financially and the people came after their daughter.
How do you mess up every single thing as much as the parents did ? They invited Friends into the crime scene, found the body and started to meddle with it, and so much more, I understand choque and such but this just isn't adding up
I never believed the parents killed Jon benet but detective linda arts story of how her "instincts" felt like the father was guilty in some way makes me think otherwise.
If the last form of communication from the alleged kidnapper was through a written letter, it actually makes sense that John would be going through the mail after the time for a phone call had passed. Certainly not saying he is innocent, just calling it like I see it. That would make sense.

So the father finds the beaten, bound, bloodied corpse of his tiny baby girl. And rather than scream for help - or call her name to wake her up - or just sobbing inconsolably... he just calmly unties her and brings her upstairs to the cops like “hey look what I found”

Then JonBenét said, “Santa Claus promised that he would make a secret visit after Christmas.” I thought she was confused. “Christmas is tonight,” I told her. “And Santa will be coming tonight.” “No, no,” JonBenét insisted. “He said this would be after Christmas. And it’s a secret.” -Barbara Kostanick " SCHILLER, "Perfect Town, Perfect Crime." p 50
No one has ever suggested that the Ramsey's decided ahead of time to kill their daughter, even the biggest Ramsey haters.
Who could have had that inside information about Patsy's handwriting, known about JB's bed wetting, known the bonus John got, known to put the RN on the stairs where Patsy came down to make coffee in the morning, known the dog wasn't there, the alarm wasn't on? And most importantly, who would know that there was an in floor safe in the Wine Cellar Room where JB was found murdered. The answer: The same person who had identical pads and pens, black duct tape and white nylon cord as found in their house the very day of the murder, by the POLICE! Linda Pugh and her husband Mervyn. They were at the Ramsey home during Thanksgiving with the task of bringing the Christmas trees for the Open House upstairs to the different rooms. The place where they found those trees - the Wine Cellar Room with the in floor safe. Can you imagine what went through their heads when they contemplated what might be in that safe?
Later Pugh wrote a Chapter of a book she called "The Death of an Innocent." There she revealed she used Patsy's hand written
To DO instructions, to study Patsy's writing. Read them for yourself: Chapter 1 of "The Death of an Innocent." someoneisgettingawaywithmurder.blogspot.com/2010/11/death-of-innocent.html
"One of the ways in which Patsy Ramsey would communicate with me was through handwritten notes, which she would leave for me with instructions for various duties around the house that needed my attention.

White knelt beside Ramsey and touched one of JonBenét’s feet." "Perfect Murder, Perfect Town," Lawrence Schuller p. 18
@@vernonfrance2974 Once again Vernon you are not telling the whole story. Fleet White looked into the wine cellar first and did not see anything because the room was very dark and he did not know where the switch was to turn on the light because of the unusual spot the switch was in.

"Perfect Town, Perfect Murder" SCHILLER: "As the morning wore on, the victim advocates, Jedamus and Morlock, decided to go out and get bagels and fruit for everyone."
Priscilla White was trying to keep her friend Patsy from fainting. She seemed to be in shock; she was vomiting and hyperventilating. Then she started to again cry. “Why didn’t I hear my baby?” Later in the morning the Ramseys’ friends were still in the rear of the house consoling Patsy, who clutched a crucifix in her hands. Patsy threw herself on her daughter’s body. She pleaded with Rev. Hoverstock to bring her daughter back to life. Then Patsy raised herself onto her knees, lifted her arms straight into the air and screamed, “Jesus, you raised Lazarus from the dead, please raise my baby!” The room was empty, but they could hear the mother sobbing. She was at the rear of the house, surrounded by friends."
"She was Little Miss Colorado in 1995,” said Dee Dee Nelson-Schneider, a family friend. “She had her own float in the Colorado Parade of Lights in December 1995, and Patsy walked along the side of the float the whole parade to make sure (JonBenét) was safe. That’s how protective Patsy was.” -Elliot Zaret and Alli Krupski Daily Camera, December 27, 1996"
" Patsy had to be helped even in the bathroom. Finally, the Valium she had taken made Patsy drowsy. She fell asleep again on the living room floor. Two hours later she was awake again, sobbing, asking for Burke, asking if all the doors and windows were locked.
"John Ramsey, lying on the sofa, slept fitfully. When he nodded off, his mask of stoicism vanished. He heaved with sobs."

They found grapes, grape skins, and cherries in addition to the pineapple. books.apple.com/us/book/we-have-your-daughter/id1141521638
* What other source of the pineapple was there?
For now, let me quote Linda Arndt instead:
At the time of Patsy's death Arndt went public and said the following: www.forumsforjustice.org/forums/threads/linda-arndt-speaks-with-forked-tongue.6954/
"There's no way to undo the wrong that was done (to the Ramsey family). But (it was) just to acknowledge what you could or couldn't do, and apologize for any error on my part and to offer myself in any way that was helpful to her."
"I'm able to confirm a lot of things that Patsy was maintaining for 10 years," Arndt said.
"I think our expectation of the justice system is that you clear 'em or you don't, but you don't leave people hanging in the wind this long - at least, that's my interpretation," Arndt said.
"She said 90 percent of the case details have not been disclosed accurately."
Parents bedroom about a half mile away from JonBenet's such good parents. ... And Maddie McCann's parents too such good parents
You could just tell the reporter didn't believe it one bit
I still wonder that.. Like, the detective was sitting on one side of JonBenet's body while her father was sitting on the other. He questioned the detective "Is she dead?" Instead of questioning "Is she alive?"
Like how pathetic.
Jessica Smith, Of course they do those two basta**s!!!!!

Pretty clear now. Why don't they ever get him for it? The brother.
Why else would they do a cover up with the note and the choke gizmo?
Right? If the parents knew they already lost her they are going to cover up the only kid they have left! He was a week away from 10 yrs old, not 9. He weighed more than 60 lbs. What man is going to use a paint brush to rape? smh
How could they not have an alarm system
The police should have insisted that they would be questioned separately right away- but because of their "privilege" or connections or whatever they were able to fly out of town without being questioned- it is so clear the father did this.
