You can! When starting a new project in capcut, you can add as many videos to a single project as you want! From there, you'll be able to trim each individual video, add text, effects, and transitions. I ONLY use the free version of Capcut for my social media videos. It's been amazing!

Somewhat! You can do this with the clarity and sharpen tools however, there's only so much you can do to enhance an image without the use of AI
