As I understand it, Saint Catherine of Siena worked against Saint Vincent in support of the true pope (?) Saint Vincent has been part of my personal litany of the saints for almost 6 years. Great saint!!!

I used a couple different sources, but the book "St. Vincent Ferrer: The Angel of the Judgment" by Fr. Andrew Pradel as well as the Catholic Encyclopedia article on him were both very good.

It's so amazing to hear about his life and the pilgrims that followed him and helped in his ministry. Do you know if there any any modern preachers of penance in the last century?
