I needed to hear this so that I can see the face of Jesus in my dementing husband who believes I am his enemy after a wonderful 45 year marriage.
For all who watch this video, please offer one Hail Mary for my mother. She was recently diagnosed with lung cander (although we still don't know the stage). I lost my father in 2020 in a very untimely death and I'm not ready to lose my mother right now. I firmly believe Jesus would give us a miracle. So, my dear brothers and sisters, I humbly ask you to offer one Hail Mary on my mother's behalf. Her name is Ann. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and prayers. May God bless you all!
Going through a heartbreak today. This showed up on my algorithm as a protestant feeling extremely drawn to the Catholic Church.. God is so gracious. Thank you for this.
Pray for people like Fr. Mike and Bishop Barron for strength. Because they are very gifted, and make a tremendous impact, they will be tempted by the evil one more frequently and with more intensity.
Even little ‘sufferings’ like holding your tongue, visiting someone, and doing extra tasks without complaint are part of it. Those little daily ‘sufferings’ are love too
“You never lost your beauty in your brokenness” how beautiful is that 😢
I absolutely love Father Mike, and Bishop Robert Barron . Father Mike… helped bring me back from destruction in addiction. Praise to God the highest
… and Jane said “you can’t wait until life isn’t hard anymore until you decide to be happy” ❤
I am broken missing my son that went back to our lord. I desperately needed to hear this. 💔
For the past 3 years I have been on the journey seeking God, born in a catholic family, but I had a void in me since mass has never been long enough to off load my grief, so I decided to join the bornagain Christians where I got to have time with God in prayer, but since there many born again churches with false leaders, so for the past few weeks was praying to God and he led me to a preacher (Billy Graham) his sermon in the 1959 not sure though, he said there's no perfect church cause if you found it and joined it, you yourself would make it imperfect. I immediately missed my Catholic church I had left for its imperfection. Attended mass last Sunday after 5years I felt like a prodigal child cause I really felt home, today was fasting, wanted to listen to a sermon and I landed here I wish I knew Fr.Mike earlier I wouldn't have wondered away from my church. I can now fully say am a proud Catholic since what I went looking for was right there in my church. God bless you for taking time to read through and listen
Well, I was playing this while getting ready for work only to cry all my makeup off. This is so beautiful. I am not catholic but resonate a lot with Fr Schmitz’s videos and talks. Love this ❤
My father has Recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and it’s going quick. It’s so heartbreaking. He’s has always been a loving person, never missed work, never made much but would give others his last dime. Please
God bless EVERYONE here in the comments. Saint Joseph pray for us. Blessed Mother of God pray for us. Christ be with you all. 🙏🏽❤️
Who was chopping onions in my apartment when this was playing 😢 ?? Fr. Mike is full of the Holy Spirit, I have no doubts.
I became a Catholic on Easter. I’ve been praying for the faith to trust in God and rest in His strength even when faced with upsetting circumstances. Thanks for these words of encouragement, and my sincere wishes that the Lord will bless everyone who needed to hear this as bad as I did. God bless all those suffering everywhere.
God blessed us with your birth. Thank you so much. I always seem to be guided to the right podcasts from you when I most need direction and God’s help in my life. God bless you always.
Thank You Fr. Micheal I needed to hear this as I am going through a lot right Now I want to see the Face of Jesus I am Asking Jesus with Tear-filled Eyes to hear Me . Please Pray for Me
I’ve been battling stage 4 colon cancer since 2018. Lost some friends as well. Why not me? I get it. Thank you Father Mike.
He's more stirring than any Evangelical preacher I've ever heard . He's clearly awkward, probably adhd, but so relateable. But when he speaks about the Bible and about God and Jesus, that awkwardness melts away. I love it ❤
I am in physical pain, and your message reaffirmed for me to remember God is holding me up. He is close to me. Thank you
