People criticizing the design forget that you are custom builders & doing what the customer has requested. If every home appealed to everyone, this would be a very boring world. Nobody has to like what this customer wants but the rudeness shown by some here really isn't necessary. Many tiny home builders only make stock models & aren't willing to custom design for those whose lifestyle doesn't work with what they have. Your abilities to work with everyone is just one thing that defines your company. The attention to detail & craftsmanship is shown in every tiny home you design & build. Thanks for sharing this unique space! I'm sure your customer will really love & appreciate her new tiny home.

Absolutely gorgeous, my favorite so far. Every new one y'all come out with seems to become my favorite lol!!! Definitely side by side or stackable washer and dryer is a must. Those all in one washers/dryers are not good for more than 2 people for sure. I like the open cubbies under the stairs and that shower, I LOVE IT! Y'all are one of my 2 favorite tiny home channels. This one is a winner.. love the kitchen… also like the interior storage, but might like it divided into some inside and some outside storage 👍👍if you ever visited or lived in Japan you’d appreciate floor dining 😂
I love the kitchen in the gooseneck! However, I'm not as young as I used to be! So, the stairs 3+ times a day is no longer practical for me. I craft/sew/paint, so I love the extra space under the bedroom! I also love the fact that you customize for your customers! Thank you for sharing your designs!
There’s a lot I like about this because it looks so big! I kinda the kitchen where it is... but I also think that space would’ve been brilliant for an epic sized closet or office space. I like the extra storage space on the ground floor though. I’d be intrigued to see this again once the owner has moved all her stuff in and see what the layout is then. Overall I like how unique it is.
I love it also! I think the use of space in this layout is brilliant! I never thought a Peg Board would look so good in the Kitchen- but a really love the way it works in this one! It really seems like plenty of room. Great job guys!
I love it! What a great use of space! A great design for crafting. People who don’t do crafts just don’t understand how important it is to have storage space AND a place to work without having to put everything away all the time, while still doing day to day living. I didn’t know you could put a kitchen in the gooseneck. Very interesting how it is totally separate from the rest of the house, it’s kind of neat. I’m guessing she’s also an avid cook. I love how you guys customize your homes to the customers requests. And, that you can fit a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
I think I commented on this one but I don’t know what exactly I was doing but I haven’t seen this home before I love the kitchen where you have it the entire home is beautiful and unique it’s amazing and beautiful I believe I can say that I would use the home differently than her but I still absolutely love the layout and the beautiful color of the kitchen 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I didn’t know that my memory is as bad as it is because seeing that I had commented on the same house on the same day and yet I was not even sure I’d bad but I didn’t mean literally I hadn’t seen it I think I the fact I-was not paying attention to the house I just know how I speak but my comments are not far apart so I paid more attention than I thought ! Old age is funny but somewhat confusing because it really isn’t!
I love that kitchen in the goose neck! I love the red and stainless steel. They look great together, and I love the location of the kitchen in the home. It just feels like a real kitchen compared to other tiny homes. The rest of the house wouldn't be functional for me, but it's cute and quirky.
I like this one a lot. I could maybe even get my 10' longarm quilting machine in there with room for all my fabric stash. The kitchen is very nice -- I like seeing everything handy to grab. But I wouldn't want to sit on the floor to eat.
Yes we are a totally custom builder so we build it to the customer’s specifications. Solar & a grey water runoff system are some of the many different options for off grid utilities.
Love the kitchen over the gooseneck. Not so much the seating area, though I do like the bathroom having a door to outside. Creaky, stiff joints might not appreciate all the folding required to sit and eat 😅 All in all, nice workmanship.
I like most of it, I would change a few things. I like the windows that you can let air in while power is off. Like kitchen, inside storage, the bathroom. Wish this was a three bedroom, don't get me wrong, I very much like it.
Drywall is too heavy for a THOW and cracks easily so for smooth walls we use a Birch Plywood with battens on the seams. The paint color is “Crème Fraîche.” Thanks for watching! ❤️
I love all of your houses, but this one...not so much. I understand that this is what the customer wanted, but to my mind, this was an amazing space absolutely spoiled by silly design decisions by them. I hope they will be very happy in their new home and everyone is different.

For a tiny home on wheels the interior square footage has to be under 400 sq. ft., so you would need to make 10’x10’ of the foot print into a porch or other exterior (non-air conditioned) space. If you’re going to place the home on foundation without wheels you can have whatever size you want! Thanks for watching & God bless! ✌️❤️🏠
Dig the kitchen! The stainless steel counterparts r best for mahjong bread & pastries, not sure how u bake in air fryer I was thinking of putting up peg boards in my kitchen when I renovated my 1942 885 soft bungalow (my downsizing b4 gong tiny). I worry that this tiny home will not be able to be resold. The lack of a proper dining area is a big deal. Also, no windows in the back of the living area-just one large wall. I do like the indoor storage space, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom. I love your tiny homes and want to buy one but I have nowhere to put it. Waiting for the day when someone starts a tiny home village in the south Arlington/Mansfield area.
I love the kitchen. It reminds me of a tiny food truck. I just don’t like the placement of the kitchen. I couldn’t deal with having to cook and running back and forth up and down stairs to eat and then clean the dishes when we are finished. What would have been awesome is a small sunroom or screened in deck off of the kitchen. Then you could enjoy seating outside while you eat. You wouldn’t have to be always going downstairs. Otherwise great build.
It’s 10’ wide & 7’ long but he continued the floor for the goose into the interior of the house so that “loft” is much longer. Some goosenecks in the 10’ wide homes are 8’ long.
I don't know if I would like the kitchen upstairs. The dining table downstairs. I wouldn't like taking the food downstairs. Then having to take the dishes back upstairs to wash. I would run the kitchen across the wall where the table is. At the end have a bar with 3 or 4 chairs. The kitchen I would make it into another bedroom or bathroom. That loaf bedroom, you could run a drape across it. A family with kids could live in it comfortably. Everything else looks good. That is just my opinion as an older person.
I know you just fulfilled what the customer wanted, but this layout is beyond strange to me. I wouldn't want to drag groceries UP stairs all the way back to that kitchen. And heat rises, so the kitchen will be HOT. No, no, NO.
Fantastic! Definitely not a four fan for everyone but I absolutely love to go to science come up with creative solutions to please your individual customers.
Seemed like too many very short cramped spaces that take away from the generous length and width of this tiny house. Feels like a house of half height rooms and cubbies. Not a fan of the step down into the space. That looks like an accident waiting to happen. Hope you do get her to send you pictures of how she sets the space up because it might make more sense. Where does she expect to sit and relax or will there be none of that? The kitchen in the gooseneck is certainly a unique place and style. Surprised she has no built in cooktop or oven. To each his own, but this is not a style I'd like.
Such a waste of space in parts and all I can say about the kitchen colour is, mine and the customers taste is different. I realise its custom but you could do so much more with this amount of space
