I loved the way the gooseneck was set up, but I’d need a bar to grab to climb up on that bed or a more substantial stool, and I’d probably kill myself getting out of bed in the middle of the night to pee. It’s very high up.
This home is the best. I love the bathroom and the wardrobe in the bedroom

That's very nice!I love how much storage there is,that you can stand in the loft,that there is a extra small room and that there is a bar to hold onto when you climb the stairs.

I’m thinking I’d like a glass or thick plastic raising door/window so you could stand up and walk onto the deck. This is PERFECTION! ❤
If the home was like 3 feet longer, I could see adding a staircase to the deck like right at the top of the stairs (walk straight to get to the bedroom and bonus room, turn left to get to the deck). That might also allow for another shed under this new staircase :)

Incredible. 6" tall and think I could hack it! Also, I have a reptile collection. It would be nice to be able to tuck away in the office space and close the door. They like warmer temperatures!

Too expensive per sq. Ft.. I do like the kitty box area. Needs full washer dryer hook up. Does not work in tornado valley.
The roof deck seems very impractical to me. Very hard to get out onto it.
yeah it's not for everyone - it's New Your City style - crawl out the window type access. We've designed balconies with doors leading out there but it's ultimately up to the homeowner and often they prioritize other layout options that make the door impossible. One thing I've noticed is that crawling in and out keeps you flexible!

Would it be possible/ practical to have a slide out on one of these?
There are a couple of tiny home companies doing slide outs. But after seeing so many slide-outs eventually leak or break down and stop sliding back in, we decided not to build them on our homes.
We design our homes to last decades longer than RVs generally do.

I love a lot of your layouts but why is there always a half wall up the stairs where your TV is tucked underneath. It's so awkward. I hate that part and why does every house have a raised bed platform... I have an adjustable bed and a platform is not needed. Do you do anything without the platform. Not all of us want to climb up to go to bed.

Nope , not a fan of the tv 📺 area- seems eye level and for someone who is tall -they would have to bow down to watch tv… also the bed is too high… 🤨., love the color of the cabinets and countertops, and there’s hardly any pantry 😮 !! Not to mention the window that leads to the deck is right in your face with the sunlight next to the bed. Yeah too many No’s for me. Don’t see why someone would customize their Tiny like this one 🤷♀️ .

I am sorry I don’t like this house. I wouldn’t trade my 28ft house for this. I wish you had built my house instead of my builder. But this is not at all to my style.and are the cabinets above the toilet a good idea? It looks like a great place to knock yourself out on
I guess it’s an optical illusion because the cabinets over the toilet are far enough away that you don’t hit your head. People make that comment a lot though. 🤷🏻♀️

This is NOT a tiny home!! This is just an expensive huge rv trailer. NO true meaning to tiny homes. These rv builders are just trying to profit off the tiny home name. The size of an actual tiny house is 250sq ft or less.
Hi! The legal classification for a tiny home is under 400 sq. ft. according to HUD & RVIA. At least in the US.

@@IndigoRiverTinyHomes This is not a true tiny home. The first tiny home builts began less than 200sqft (not including lofts) 400sqft is classified for Park model trailers. The Tiny house (on wheels) concept began as an ultra-compact affordable recycled-material-built home for singles or couples, not a luxury overly-priced huge trailer home such as this that low-income people can't even afford. These huge trailer home builders and the HUD & RVIA are MISUSING the tiny home word. Misleading the tiny home idea
The living room is just awful. It's narrow and claustrophic. I'd never by this home.
