    Galton is awesome! Such a thoughtful chef who shows off the produce. Makes food you want to eat! Self-taught. I wish I could visit his restaurant someday. But, I just pick up so many thoughtful techniques and philosophies listening to him. He's also funny. Great job, staff canteen!

    I mean, there is a reason food like this succeeds for so long, and it is because your mind doesn’t have to work to enjoy it. I suppose my comment is similar to the first one here, but it is true! No smokes, no snows, no vegetables in the desserts, etc… I mean, I love innovation too and I am down for a bit of craziness in my meal, but this is classical cooking rooted in classical flavors with good technique that the mind instantly associates with pleasure. What’s not to love?
