I was always amazed at how well the "Peter Gun" theme was mixed in with "Every breathe you take". Not only did the transitions feel seemless and natural but the creative choice of mixing those two songs together for that scene was brilliant. Whoever put together the music on this really knocked it out of the park.

I don't think he ever forgiven Tony for killing his brother, and this would finally give him revenge. On the other hand, with Patsy's son getting married to Meadow, he'd be related to Tony by marriage and would likely get bumped up, so there's reason he wouldn't whack Tony either.
The particular shot that really gives me goosebumps is when Tony mets Patsy in the parking lot and Every Breath You Take fully drops... idk why but that imagery with the music is a heavy vibe.

Douglas Harley, Adriana wasn’t under their protection so that’s on her. Closing of cases (ie convictions) was also not something they had much control over. As far as them pulling surveillance, finding out information, they showed them to be pretty formidable. Not to mention, the issues they showed (like jury protection) were issues the fbi really had. So especially compared to the actual fbi, they looked pretty good.
Keep in mind this was early 2000s no one has security cameras then they like do now, and if you did the quality was terrible as well as him having security at his house like that would make him liable to have those videos seized which would document when he was at his house and who was at his house. Eliminating opportunities for alibis

But Just as @jonathanbirch2022 noted, ad libbing was not a liberty that actors had within scenes- but of course as actors acting; you constantly make choices and behaviors that are "technically" unscripted because that is what a performance is... The probability that Harris was meant to choke on the sandwich outweighs the odds that he wasnt, basically 👍
One of the highlight of this episode was the FBI agent completely enjoying oggling Adriana. I mean they are men after all, even if they are Federal Officers on duty
They sometimes turned vehicles dome lights on for better lighting, especially with the girls. I think they just forgot her wagon had rear cargo lights that would be in the shot. Same thing happened in Tony’s suburban with them driving around while the rear cargo light is on because the dome lights were on.
Not having security cameras at Tony's house is easily the most convenient story hole the show ever had. It wasn't as easy to set up as it is now and it would've cost a ton of money but the technology existed and it wouldn't have been a big deal to get it done. I wish the writers had written them in but come up with a reason they either didn't work, were turned off or were never checked.
That would’ve hurt Tony more than it would help. Could be admissible evidence against him in trial if they seize camera footage that shows he wasn’t home during a particular crime he was committing. Also the feds would have been able to disable those cameras remotely before going in
