My thoughts almost exactly.
The fact that she countered Mark's offer shows how much of a business woman she is, which is exactly why Mark decided to give her a chance.
He wanted his daughters learn business from her because he obviously doesn’t have the time to teach them from his own businesses.

It could be anything but I don’t think I’ll get accepted because I only have sketches of my art work no 3D or clay or anything. I’ve been doing this by my self ever since I started and tried reaching out to people but most didn’t care nor wanted to hear. I even wrote to shark tank prob 5yrs ago or so but never got anything. It isn’t easy when you got no sales, customers or numbers. That’s what they look at I don’t think I’ve seen one person yet like they over look those things and see talent or gift. I hope one day to save up enough and pay someone make a clay model or 3D. I have 3 cars that could change the industry especially at the time they were drawn I believe I was way ahead of any car manufacturer but with time and gods willing hopefully we’ll make it come alive. I lost a lot of chances cause I was homeless in 2015, almost died in 2017 and so much more but only keeps me going. Never let your inner child stop dreaming

I think Mr.Cuban is at a point where he thinks his kids would have some sort of drive to succeed similar to what he had as a kid. Considering the environment his kids are growing up in, I am guessing they are not quite there and Mark hopes that seeing female entrepreneurs like her would inspire, especially, his daughters.
I agree and I think it's the challenge many successful parents face who laid the foundation of wealth for their families. No matter how much you try to pass that drive on to your kids their privilege overshadows all, it's a comfort safety net. You can't instill drive in a child. That comes life experiences that chasten, refine and even break you down as to activate the fighter in you.

Is this the second time Mark wants his daughters involved in the project? I think he is worried about his daughters for having everything they want but also for not having passion or drive. I don't know. But I like him as who is.
This is why most entrepreneurs on this show want to partner with Mark. He’s not only incredibly successful, but he’s the most human. He loves to see people succeed and actually enjoys mentoring.

He's investing in his kids. Surrounding your kids with the right people is a good move. A lot of business and business success is knowing the right people and connecting with the right people and having good relationships with the right people.

Mark has a soft spot for his kids
From all those sharks down there, Mark has the biggest heart. By watching all episodes up to now I found out that he is very kind, honest and amazing person. He is usually attached with the entrepreneurs emotionally. He is not greedy, I watch shark tank because of him.
She's gonna be somebody great and Mark's a standup guy, I've always liked him.
