      congrats with your thumbs down.. reason dont keep MSRP a secreet or use it as a tacky tactic to get people to click your affiliate links. thats rotten af.
      there are basic things you really need to include, and a rough MSRP-estimate is one of those, so people can relate and your videos also has longetivity when links are invalid and no price info, as the case here 2 weeks later.. as most people clicking your tacky affiliate links and not based in these 3 nations.. will not get any prices, if that partically jeff bezos store doesnt ship their region and none of your piggyback-riding-affiliate links gives any price estimation-- viewing here from Scandinavia / Denmark..

    So great that so many of these are coming out right now! Gonna give Flat Panel TVs a run for the money with picture quality and BETTER built in audio quality than those super thin Flat Panel TVs can ever offer due to the limited amount of space they have to work with! Another great review @All Things Tech! Keep it up! Also, more ultra short throw projector reviews please! lol.

    Thanks for the review, can you please tell me whether a similar projector with 2400 ANSI lumens will be more brighter than 2400 LED lumens or it will be the same
    Does it upscale non 4K content

    I am comparing X1000-4K v.s X2000B-4K. Not sure which model is the latest model? Also X1000-4K seems a bit expensive but its 40W speaker is less than 50W speaker of X2000B-4K Model. A bit torn which one to pick!

I have 2 play five and a SUB subwoofer, can you confirm that I can pair my audio system with the viewsonic? is the pairing done via wifi? in bluetooth? wired?

    I very much appreciate your review. I have enjoyed the idea of these projectors since their release a few years ago. I’m a big fan of ViewSonic and their computer monitors, but this is one product that I will have to skip. The asking price for this unit here in the US is just too high. Eight thousand dollars puts it in line with the offering from Samsung and LG as well as WELL above anything from Hisense and Wemax. But, competition is always a good thing for the consumer so I am glad this product is here.

  • @marcse7en

    I don't suppose the design includes a "common sense" feature such as a user-replaceable light source? (Or a replaceable light source, period?). If properly implemented, it could be a simple as changing a light bulb! However, I'm assuming that after "30,000 hours" the owner is required to shell-out for an entire new unit, and the old one can go in to landfill?
    The thing that puts me off projectors, apart from limited lamp life, is all that DUST being sucked into the optical path? You can't tell me THAT won't affect performance BEFORE the lamp dims and fails?

    • @allthingstech
      @allthingstech  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe as its LED you won't see dimming and 30,000 hours means you could watch it for 6 hours a day every day for over 13 years! I agree with you on old projectors they were built like cheap toys, but this is very different!
