This projector doesn't get enough attention. I got one a month ago and it surpassed all my expectations by a landslide, in terms of contrast, colors, clarity and sharpeners. It took some time to figure out all the settings, but now on a dark grey painted wall with lights off it is literally like a giant OLED panel. No joking, I compared it side by side with an OLED phone, and the colors and contrast are amazing. Can't stop watching, HDR 4k demos on TH-cam are simply mind blowing.
It's really surprising this little gem doesn't get more attention. I had Optoma hd8300 before and it was decent, but lacked contrast and I wasn't always happy with colors. The picture that X2000B produces is just in a different league.
What screen would you recommend use with this particular projector
I was thinking about getting another 100” UST projector but now that TCL are releasing their 98” QLED TV in the UK for around the same price (£4000) I might go for that instead. Better picture in daytime viewing, barely any gaming lag and no fan noise.
That TCL is very tempting!

PX1 Pro is definitely better IMO. Triple laser vs single laser. Better color accuracy!
I got it but i have sime problems... mirror from phone and use an app from phone like a demand app to watch sports ..a demand app that it is in my language so I can have the sound but not the image also same it happened with Disney plus and also again from the projector that i download it i couldn't log in 🤙😂
Have you done a comparison with xgimi aura? I'm picking out a laser tv for a friend.
People who I follow who test review and sell USTs are saying the viewsonic is a better image.

They can, I have the Nebula Laser 4k and I can sometimes see it. I originally had the Nebula Laser 1080p and the rainbow effect was horrible.

Roughly how far is the space from the bottom of the screen to the top of the projector

You unnecessarily mixed "4k" and "laser" in a single phrase, each of which has nothing to do with one another. Though not explicitly mentioned, I suppose this projector is single-DLP like the rest of its ilk. Single-DLP means sequential color, and sequential color means rainbow effect (RBE) artifact rubbish, depending on video source material, viewing conditions, and viewer sensitivity. Care to tell if you saw RBE?

Update: I did see rainbows at first, but after a while stopped noticing them, unless really trying to (like moving eyes fast)

2000 pounds plus. Affordable?? A very expensive gadget…
Prior generations, just earlier this year in fact, were double to triple this price. So coming down from 20,000 to just 2,000 in one year is pretty dang nice IMO. Want more affordable than that? JMGO O1 Pro at $800....but in saving that much money, you're paying a hefty price as well elsewhere.
Soon they will get VERY close to smaller TV prices, but still offer a wonderful, massive, image. I say early next year we will see them hit the 700 price range on AVERAGE
