    🇺🇸 Did you know a oil manufacturer can call a lubricant a Full Synthetic when it's only 25% synthetic? AMSOIL is different because it is 100% Synthetic and has a higher film strength keeping the metal parts separated. AMSOIL allows less friction, less heat, less wear on the component. AMSOIL Signature Series motor oil has guaranteed protection for up to 25,000 miles or 1 year of normal driving.

    looks like he takes great car of that truck. a while back around 5 years ago I got a 03-ford work van with a v6. I was using it to drive from Detroit mi to Joplin Mo first few trips the fuel light would come on around 430 then we changed all the fluids bumper to bumper with Amsoil. after that the fuel light would come on right at 500 miles using the right fluids can really help your mpg so far, we have put. 180k on it just by keeping the oil changed no major repairs. not bad for an older used van I paid 800. bucks for lol it had 110 k when I got it. and it's still making me money doing delivers daily. thanks to Amsoil we may get tired of driving it long before anything breaks! hope you have a great day bro😀😄👍👍 ☕

      If it was my truck I would get a case of diesel injector Clean Plus seatain boost 16 oz bottles I would do two bottles as a heavy clean up dose and then you can also do two bottles of engine flush and that will help clean out the carbon deposits.
      I would also do the Dominator coolant boost as well in your radiator it will help your truck warm up quicker and make a cooler operating temperatures so you'll make more power better efficiency the oil will oxidize less as well by it running cooler.
      Your truck you're probably going to want to get three bottles of Dominator cooling boost that's something you can throw into your existing coolant and get great results.

    Going 55 in a 70 isn't safe. Supersingls are somewhat ok during the summer, they are worthless and unsafe during the winter, and if you blow a tire, your done.

    • @Syntheticoilprotection
      @Syntheticoilprotection  ปีที่แล้ว

      I asked Ryan all those questions and he had an answer for everything.....
      1. He has a spot in the back of his truck to keep a spare tire.
      2. He has a digital readout on a device that shows the exact temperature of each tire.
      3. He has the ability to change the tire on the road without taking off the wheel he said it's very easy all you do is drive up on a rock and that lifts the one tire once it's lifted he has a tool is he worked at a tire place before and he can change it on the side of the road. There's a hookup that has air pressure on his truck and he can fill the tire.
      He didn't address cooling of the brakes which I can ask him and he didn't get into driving in the winter which he may not go on a route during the winter that has snow I haven't asked him that yet.
      As far as safety I have no idea about the miles per hour in a certain speed limit I'm sure he doesn't hold up traffic he stays to the right I would assume I hope👍
      What questions do you want me to ask him and I will ask him specific questions to see what he says because he seemed to have the answer for everything💯

    • @rolln_with_ryan
      @rolln_with_ryan ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Syntheticoilprotection I don't know if the original comment was edited or not because I don't see all the questions you are responding to but I have a pretty good idea based on your comments.
      Let's address the speed first off because I see that one first and I get this one all the time. Yes 55 is slow but as far as safety goes I mainly run nights on purpose, 1 is temperature, the truck gets better fuel mileage in the summer if you run at night with cooler Temps between 65-85 degrees and 2 is less traffic on the roads. As far as safety goes you will never convince me that an 80k lb vehicle is safer at 75 than it is at 55 mph, and 75 is just as it says the speed limit meaning top speed and unless posted the minimum is 45 mph which the highest I have ever seen the minimum speed posted on the highway is 50 mph. The government is planning on implementing speed limiters on commercial trucks anyways so all of the trucks we be limited to lower speeds (which I am completely against even though I do 55. 1 it's my competitive advantage and 2 my truck is wide open if I need to do 75 I don't want anyone telling me I can't)
      I see you mention my spare rack which at the moment is empty but that will be corrected but the reason it is empty is because it was not designed for the larger tire so I have to modify it first.
      I have heard horror stories about super singls which is why I got the TPMS for the tires which give me a live reading on all of the tires psi and temperature with an alarm that goes off if one is one is changing from the rest. Tires don't just blow they give you warning which include noice and vibration before they go out but a tire that is having an issue will also get hot triggering the alarm so I can pull over to inspect before it actually blows out on you.
      As for changing the tire I have all of the tools I need in order to change it out on the side of the road which I have done several times (only on the trailers so far though).
      As far as super singles in the snow, I have no idea yet because I just put them on but I kept my wheels because we will know soon enough. That being said though I see them in the mountains and across 80 in Wyoming on other trucks every year so we will just have to see.
      All in all everyone is going to run their business and truck the way they find best for them and I'm not telling anyone what to do I'm just showing you what works for me. Amsoil is a an amazing product so don't let how fast i drive my truck keep you from giving it a shot.

    • @rolln_with_ryan
      @rolln_with_ryan ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Syntheticoilprotection oh I just saw something about brake temperature. Not sure what would be affected there, I have seen people be concerned about it with trucks that have the wheel covers on but super singles actually expose the brakes to more wind because they are no longer hidden inside of the wheel. But again this is where speed comes on to play, at 55 I don't have to hardly ever use my brakes so at 238k miles my brakes still look new

      @rolln_with_ryan I love the subtleties and I'm super excited to see the development of your truck as you switch the coolant over and the other fluids like transmission fluid and the rest of the differentials.
      And it'll be cool to see how the chains work and the other elements to the super singles in the snow.
      I'm sure if they're set up right they're just fine but until you try you never know.
      Thanks again for sharing the subtleties with everyone💯🇺🇸

    Eben: What brand of oil (conventional or synthetic) did Ryan formerly use in his truck before he started using Amsoil? If I had to make an educated guess, his former oil was synthetic, since many other truckers using Amsoil obtain a greater MPG variance when they convert to Amsoil from conventional oil.

      @@Syntheticoilprotection Eben: Thanks for the reply! As you know, Shell Oil Company makes their Rotella Diesel Oil in both a full synthetic formulation (as Rotella T6) and also conventional oil (petroleum). I attempted to reach out to Ryan (with a question concerning whether his prior diesel oil was a full synthetic or petroleum) by searching for his TH-cam Channel (“Rolling _With_ Ryan”), but after an exhaustive search, I came up empty. Therefore I reached out to you for the answer.
      The reason for my inquiry was Ryan’s MPG improvement was only 7.79% (going to a 8.3 MPG after converting to Amsoil from getting 7.7 MPG with his prior diesel oil). Another independent trucker, “Chip” reported on TH-cam that he was getting anywhere from 14.15% to 18.89% MPG improvement when he converted Amsoil Signature Series 15W-40 Diesel Oil over his former diesel oil (Mobil Delvac). Since we know that Delvac is a petroleum product, it therefore made me wonder if Ryan was formerly using a full-synthetic diesel oil (such as Rotella T6) considering that Ryan’s MPG improvement was essentially 50% less than Chip’s, since there would be real-world fuel-economy improvement from a typical Grade III full-synthetic over a Grade II petroleum oil.

      The viscosity has little to do with the film strength it's more the quality of the oil this oil is different it's 100% synthetic. A full synthetic can be called full synthetic when it's only 25% synthetic.
      The way the film separates the metal is different and there's less friction less heat less wear less oil consumption.
