We’re here today to have a chat about the BF Goodrich KM3 Mud Terrain. They’re at a solid 85,000km and 5 years old now, so it’s a perfect time to wrap up the impressive and challenging life they’ve had.

G’day Keithy, I have the KM3s on mine however just the 32” (265/75) units as I wanted to run the original wheels. Love them and look forward to your kind of mileage from them. Btw I’ve come down with the ‘rona so dash etc still in pieces. Pretty shagged, hope it goes away soon 😂. Cheers, Alan

Hi Keithy, I ran a set of Khumo KL71's for around 5 years and 40k miles on mine and noticed the same type of wear pattern in them too. Plus they also got a lot noisier on the road so I'm thinking its just an age and wear thing. My 38 is still on standard suspension just a 2" body lift. Currently I'm running Cooper Discoverer STT Pro on a 33" There still new and so far are performing really well.

Good video I run maxis now on my p38 had coopers on but only got 25 k out of them so trying out the maxis

Thanks mate. It’s a shame about the distance you got from the Coopers, that’s pretty sad! I hope the Maxis get decent life for you.
