    Thank you so much for this beautiful video. I have been a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu for about 16 years. Peace, health and happiness to all.

    Thank you so much. I've been practicing some holds today and these helped resistance in my chest that has been bugging me for so long. I've tried everything.

    Thank you, Lea! Great video, the mudras definitely help with the breathing. Always great to be reminded of the ascending and descending flow of breath that JSJ teaches. Helps with releasing muscle tension and would be great for meditation. Taking you to a place of peace and centeredness quickly!

    i am a highly sensitive person and i tend to absorb others' energy, thus leaving me fatigue; i experience anxiety and shortness of breath; this vid greatly help in relaxation but i want to learn more, especially regaining my energy.

      Hi Wanda. Thank you for letting me know your experience with the video. These mudras are known to be especially helpful for fatigue when they're done daily. You can also retain the positions that feel best to you for longer periods. In the case of the last 2, I have recently been told that there is no limit to the time they can be held by some of the instructors. So I recommend experimenting with that for yourself. To find more about Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help visit www.JSJinc.net where they have a locator map showing people in some of the various regions who are either practitioners and/or who teach self help classes in their area.

      Yoga is forbidden in islam. and it refers to polytheistic acts against god. its about a contact with the satan. and yoga allows men to sit next to women and lust their bodies . if Christianity is monotheistic religion so why do Christians practise yoga??

    • @Poetdancerin
      @Poetdancerin 8 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Abu Lahab assalamalaikum ... I have yet to see where it is written in the Quran that Yoga is related to Satan.
      What utter nonsense.
      Malaikum salam.

      abu lahab abd al uzza, yoga is typically exercise and not a religion. Christians men are taught to respect women. Women are not objects who blindly obey nor are women property of men. All Christian people, men and women, have the same Bible and all males and females have the same requirements from God. Christians men are taught to control themselves. People who lust, males and females, do not make it to the kingdom of God. Christian men are required to self-police just like Christian women are taught to self-police. Blessings to you and to your family.

    Hi you mention the last 2 positions should only be held for 10 mins or less whereas the others can be used for as long as you like, why only 10 mins for the last 2.

      Hi Sandy....I honestly don't really know! This was something I was told by a Jin Shin Jyutsu instructor once. I've heard that this is not necessarily so since having done this video. I need to ask a few instructors about this now and see what they say.

    Hi,
    first let me thank you for your videos.
    How many times per day, per weeks do you recommend doing these exercices, and the exercices of the Jin Shin Jyutsu "5 minutes to balance" ?
    Thank again.

    Tank u for sharing a wonderful knowledge ?Can I know the Difference between Indian mudras & Jin shin jyutsu ??

    • @Meahtube
      @Meahtube  8 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Hello. My understanding is that these 8 mudras were chosen by Jiro Murai from the research he was able to do in the Kojiki (record of ancient things) located in the Imperial Palace library in Japan. These records were not exclusively of Japanese origin. He also studied with a number of Japanese monks over many years before he was given access to the Imperial library, so it is possible that some of these came from the teachings of the monks, many with Buddhist backgrounds. I think we could say the source of these mudras is ancient and likely originated in either India or the Himalayan region.
