I have a Thanos “Success” poster framed on my wall, which Ryan created for Infinity War concept art. It’s Thanos resting on his porch at the end. I love it and I love the art work he did as covers for “The Art of” books they do for the films.
This guy has been possibly my biggest inspiration as an artist since I was 14 years old, and seeing his work was what made me realize that I could apply my skills as an artist to the film industry, which ended up being what I pursued as a major in college. Love what you do, man!

Ryan is one of those artists who have been worked for a studio more than 10 yrs. He was working with marvel since Iron Man (2008).If you're ever gonna talk about MCU scene creation or Artwork of that or scene Ryan is the one who Started all of it.
