  • Here's another video of me dying my unbleached dark brown hair with Manic Panic! In my previous video, I used Vampire Red, today I am using Rock 'n Roll Red. RNR is a brighter red than VR but does not have as much pigment since it is not in the "amplified" category, like VR is. I still love how it came out though!
Let me know your thoughts! Do you like the color? What brand or shade should I try next??

This color came out beautifully. I'm wondering how much of an effect the amplified color may have had on the final result. They should make an amplified version of the Rock 'n' Roll red.

Great video! I’m trying to figure out how to dye my dark brown- almost black natural hair without using bleach

I have a couple of other videos on my channel where I dye my hair myself without using bleach if you take a look!

I just watched both of your videos of you dying your hair red since i'm thinking of dying it red. My hair is currently the color of your hair before you applied the VR (from the video of you dying your hair with VR) or a little lighter. I want something that will make the color stand out more, so which should I use, VP or RNR? I sort of got confused because you said, "is not in the amplified category". And I don't know what that means lol. Thx!

Hi! If your hair is a little lighter than mine either color could work for you well! I believe their amplified category is more pigmented for people with darker hair or who want a more vibrant outcome. I really liked Splat’s red as well I have a couple videos on that if you want to check that out!
