Try their pillarbox red I’m a 39 yr old male with natural dark brown hair also and I could have just applied it to my natural hair without peroxiding first like I did with the proper Italian peroxide powder and peroxide. You should see my red I was worried it was going to turn out a little purple like your vampire red has and I’ll reassure you it was indeed as you’ve already suspect it to be because you put it straight on your natural hair without peroxiding. Still looks lovely on you I was however going for heart Chinese flag type red ❤Ferrari type red.

Use Vaseline around the hair line, ears and wrists before dying then wipe off once done and it keeps from staining the skin

This color came out beautifully. I'm wondering how much of an effect the amplified color may have had on the final result. They should make an amplified version of the Rock 'n' Roll red.

Hi 👋, How long did it last? I got Midnight Ruby too. & has still been lasting. I've had it for a month½. So, it might be around my 15th or 20th wash. But I have bleached my hair before dying it. So, it's brighter for me. Does it last longer with bleached hair? & I agree it smells good, LOL :) (:.

I know this was three years ago but my first time using this dye. And I have medium to dark brown hair naturally. And was curious if it would show up on the darker parts of my hair. I also watched the video of you applying it. And I’m just happy to know it will show up without bleach. I have only bleached my hair twice and I prefer to dye my hair without it. So always looking to see if certain colors will truly show up. Thanks for your videos! ❤

I just messed up using just purple in my brown hair making it to cool and black looking. I washed it with some clarifying shampoo and I dryed it and put infared over it. Fingers crossed 🤞

Mom is letting me dye my hair

Incase people don't know is if you are trying to avoid getting color everywhere or staining stuff, if it's a vibrant or dark color you can actually add shampoo to the hair dye just be careful not to add too much because you don't want to dilute it to where it lessens the hair color, just enough to where it will come out as a shampoo texture and you can hold your head over the sink and put it in your hair just the same as if you were washing it. Then pull hair Bonnet or hair cap over it and let it process. Hope that helps anyone.

It probably didn't take as well on your roots, if you feel that it didn't, because they are so healthy, straight out of your head. Your mids and ends take it better because they have been exposed to much more so the porosity is higher and it makes them suck up the color more. It came out awesome and I am inspired to dye my brown hair now too!!! Lol

Horrible just horrible I dyed my daughter's hair this color and even on the bleach part where it was blonde it did not work don't use this hair dye it's horrible it looks nice on the package but it comes out horrible just don't use it this is a serious precaution

I used this, and it did stain my countertops and my tub, so be warned. The color was beautiful and long lasting, though it did not remove the brown from my hair, so my scalp was BRIGHT red and the lower part was much darker. I will use this again, but will 1) get a friend to help and do it in my backyard with buckets of water. 2) use vaseline around my hairline and on my ears. It will still stain but not as badly and will fade faster. 3) get several packets of color remover for skin. and 4) Don't go ANYWHERE near marble or porcelain with this on my head.

I just got this dye and am looking at all these review videos because I do love my natural hair color and I really want it to come back when the hair dye fades

when im in the shower and i wet my hair with water it the paint start coming down my body and it gets all over my body then my bdy get all red with paint...

i used this one and it took a whole day for the dye to completely wash out, i’d rinse and it’d still be greasy with dye in it!

Can anyone tell me if since there is no developer to mix in, will the dye last in the bottle? I have an undercut with short hair and it'd be cool if the rest didn't go bad

Thank you for posting this. I have very dark brown almost black hair (natural color) and it is very difficult to color it. This video and the previous one where you applied it really answered a lot of my questions. Having colored my hair in the past, I know that there are ways to make the color fade faster (if someone wants it to). But it's great to know that this product works well. I'm looking forward to getting it. Thank you so much for posting these :)

Nice video. I wanna try the mainic panic vampire red and I have very similar hair to yours, so this helps a lot.

i’m stuck between vampire red and rock n roll red, but i cannot believe how nice both look! did you have vampire red fade to purple? i really would like it to stay red :)

how long did you keep the color on your hair.

I hate Splat. It stains everything even a month after dying. When it rains red gets all over my clothes and skin. It also leaves hair feeling gross. I’ve used many other bright red colors that don’t stain like this. I recommend Punky or L’Oréal
