I weight it according to her recipe but I think there’s a mistake in calculation. 150 gm of shallots is not a lot for so much chillies. What u see in the video is different.

Keep in refrigerator can last longer than keeping it outside. Typically a few weeks. but do use a clean spoon to take it out to avoid contamination.
