You cannot take election money, from a nonprofit account, from all sorts of donors and sources, and use it for a purpose which it is NOT legal and then hide it. It's really not complicated. It's election finance fraud. Which is prosecuted all the time.
The most damning thing is that he paid an adult actress (why?) to be silent (about what?). Why is the President doing such things?
