Very informative video, now I understand more about how an airport operates. With all these runway instruments I have always wondered why a plane cannot land with 0 visibility. Even with my handheld gps I can get within 3 or 4 feet of my target.

Your handheld gps is probably at least 15 feet off. I used to have a nice one a few years ago and it always told me I was 50 yards off the road when I was on it. I think they're getting a bit more accurate but it's not a priority compared to professional equipment.
