Ma’am , The undersigned is a graduate studies student at Pampanga State Agricultural University under the College of Education, Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management and currently conducting a thesis entitled “PROPOSED LOCALIZED ELECTRONIC BOOK IN COOKERY 10 USING KOTOBEE AUTHOR APPLICATION” in partial fulfillment of the requirement in Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management The main objective of crafting a localize e-book in cookery 10 is to carry back the passion of younger generations in Kapampangan Cuisine, the researcher will localize the recipe in Cookery 10 by adopting traditional Kapampangan dishes, desserts, appetizers, etc. Since according to Leuterrio and Vargas (2021) stated that younger generations of Kapampangan have lesser interest in traditional cooking due to the following reasons: prioritize personal socio-economic and academic success the emergence of fast-food restaurants which promise fast food’s quick, effortless meals. In addition, Juntado (2017) discusses that Kapampangan culinary language is, unfortunately, declining because those who are well-versed in the stories and culinary flavor brought these traditions to their graves. In this regard, the undersigned would like to ask for your good heart to allow him to seek help in you by sharing your expertise and knowledge in Kampangan Cuisine by sharing authentic Kapampangan Recipe in any of the following category: Egg, Cereal, and Starch Dishes, Vegetable and Seafood Dishes, Stocks, Sauces, Soups and Poultry Dishes and Meat Dishes.
