ok yung recipe, pero sablay yung nag produce. butane o portable stove para sa clay na cooking vessel? mas malaki/wider heat source ang kailangan sa ganiyan. nag uling o gatungan na lang sana kayo.
I appreciate learning traditional cooking, yet i also think of ways to do things easier without compromising the taste or texture. if we don't have the batirol and want less washing of pots, can we just use a regular wire whisk without transferring the tablea mixture to the tsokolatera? or use an immersion blender?
it will have a different taste. SIKWATE traditional - it matters how you blend the tableya with the boiling water using the bateraw (wooden wisk) .. but again...today..taste is subjective... and it matters how the tableya was made. Was the CACAO BEANS in a mature or ripe state at the moment it was dried and ground to make the tableya. If you want to achieve the traditional taste of a traditional SIKWATE.. then it matters to use the tradition procedure and tools in preparing it.
