    AL, your adobo doesn’t have toyo? I should try that.
    Also someone told me before that once u add vinegar to a dish being cooked, we should not stir anymore - I don’t know why though. Care to comment?

      Hi, yes, no (or limited) soy sauce. About the vinegar, yes, that's a common practice for some that once you add vinegar to a dish, avoid stirring it. Some say the reason is to burn off the acidity of the vinegar. Others say, to remove the sour smell.

    Upon watching the whole video i noticed you did not add water po mam?

      Water is needed to ensure that the meat is well cooked. During the take, we added water... perhaps due to the editing, it was not shown
