    I don’t have my SF E905 machine yet (the delivery people lied 😭 lol) but I am putting together my playlist and I am enjoying this video while lying down lol. Cannot wait to get on my machine!

    I think we should move our legs forwards and backwards for exercising all the muscles right?

      Hi Mina! We don't recommend moving backwards on our ellipticals, as it can damage the machine. When striding forwards on your elliptical you activate all of the major muscles in your lower body from glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves as well as your core and upper body. Ellipticals are designed for cardio exercise, but increasing the resistance can help strengthen the muscles mentioned above as well. If you're interested in building more strength or targeting other muscles specifically we'd recommend strength training using bodyweight, free weights like dumbbells or kettlebells, or more traditional strength training if you have access.

      No the opposite. You can work cardio plus muscles with the elliptical
