Good points on the polyurethane insole. I just don’t like when it’s heavily glued in and the insole tears as you remove it.

Quick reference point, the Air Bags on the OGs were Silver, it was neither a Plus OR LS, nor had the Hangtag... it DID have a white/Mocha tee that matched, but no full kit!!! thanks for posting, Nightwing!

I had these shoes in middle school. I was seriously the only person rocking them. So to be honest I never knew if these sold out or flopped. It was just special to me since no one else had them on when I was a kid going to school. I miss those days lol.
Man I love too see these come back. These came out when i was only 1 lol but hope these go on sale. Im pretty sure these will go on sale because brown isn't everyone favorite color. I find that the brown color did what they intended to do and that was to give it a lifestyle look which I find awesome. Good video and happy holidays

This was a good review and thanks for commenting on the numbers/data piece because as you said that’s only one part of the picture that some people don’t consider.
The Mocha 3s were one of if not 1st colorways Jordan Brand started with their Lifestyle products.

My mom bought these for me back in 2001 when I was a kid. Looking at them now, I appreciate them but it wasn't high on my hit list. I almost wanna get them now as a must have outta nostalgia sake

Had these in 01 i loved them. As far as sitting depends on the influx of the internet. I always remove my insoles and use reshovn8er insoles, saves paint from cracking in long term and alway cool to show off clean insoles. I had a ticket to p/u the 11’s but passed. To much hype. Definitely a p/u for me. Nice run down on this shoe. 👍

I don't know why people always passed on these. I remember wanting these so I could wear it to my senior prom, I had a whole fit in mind. Anyway if this sits then it'll be good news for me because I can probably get them. Just hoping they release them in the Philippines.

I think the Retro 4 in Columbia Blue and the Oreo were also retro plus. On the most recent releases though, the boxes were labeled LS. Also, the polyurethane insoles are a god send. I’m so mad I got rid of my navy and white Reebok Questions that had one as well.

The LS was around 06-08 like the do the right thing 3s, burgundy 5s and pea pod/black toe 8s if I’m not mistaken I think the lighting/thunder 4 were LS too
I think they gonna sit for a while just like the karina 3s. But JB probably gonna restock them in particular holidays.

My 2001 mochas didn’t have a hang tag 🏷 back in the day they maybe trying to bring that vibe back but they could have did the face box if that was the intent but great review as always 💯💯💯

They shoulda put chrome tips on the laces then the hole thing would of made more sence but either way shoe is deff clean. I might be bias because I’m partial to anything brown or tan when it’s done right so these deff get a thumbs up from me even tho I’m not sure if I’m gona cop em yet
just coped mane these are fire, i remember having vans brown skateboarder shoes lol when i was a kid and these air jordan 3s remind me when i was a kid had a cement version i believe coolest shoes ever compared to the 4s
Tell me why the Air Assault is so infrequently released please! That is like my favorite shoe, love the corduroy, but I haven't seen them released in probably 12 years. Last pair I got was the white/black/yellow. I'd love to see the OG, in royal blue and white released again, because that is the colorway I fell in love with back in...1988 maybe? With no visible air unit.

The original Mochas hit the outlets and sat there for quite some time and they were in fact a Retro + color. I wasn't a fan of them back then and still not a fan of the new ones. Also, not all of the retros received PU insoles. I believe they were supposed to be in the performance shoes only. I know my "Oreo" 4s did not have them and I think the mochas came with dense grey insoles similar to what is in the new release.

It’s hilarious cause I called the Footlocker corporate office to ask if they were going to restock on the concords. They replied and said they were never gonna restock again...crazy how much these companies lie about their products lol

I think the main point is that the sales of the non-retro basketball shoes are down and decreasing. As for the basketballs, your reasoning doesn't make sense to me. Why should a company make better basketballs and sell less of them than they did before. The conclusions of Matt Powell however are not solid either, unless he has more data information about the basketballs.

I like this colorway but it's hard to think of what I could possibly wear with them. Not too many brown athletic shoes out there to go off of either.
