Even ones that don't want or know how to get drugs could make a killing on Bugler. Stop at the store,buy a can for 7 bucks and make 500. That's tempting because until they bring it in the gates they aren't carrying around something illegal. The fed joints I was in didn't have much going on with guards. Of course,I don't know everthing and can't speak on other's experiences. I was in Beaumont,Oakdale,Bennetsvile and El Reno. No doubt money and greed drive the world.

I'll give a anecdote of my time down. In Arizona, a cell phone is a charge for having in possession of a 'escape device.' That's five years. There was a CO and his cousin who worked in the Facilities Management section of the prison (supervise inmate plumbers, electricians etc). They were on TV being arrested in their homes for selling cell phones. They were cracked with four cell phones they sold to rat inmates. Means their sentence was 'consecutive.' That's not 'concurrent.' Four cell phones is twenty years!!! Az is really archaic in their sentencing.
AZ ain’t no place to do time. Back home, CA, dudes are in a hurry to go from county to state for better amenities.. beds, food etc.. here in AZ they feed you shit that’s marked “not for human consumption” in county and you’re lucky if you eat 3 times a day in the pen.
When it comes to spice, I have had friends addicted to spice. That stuff is almost worse than crack. I had friends who would show up to the shop an hour before the store opened. There were people in the parking lot people standing in line AN HOUR BEFORE. I said yo let's get some breakfast dude while you wait for your fix. He was like, "naw naw"

Which helps millions of minorities that have been railroaded by the judicial system.
United States prison system is the largest per capita for a developed nation. Such a waste of people serving for non violent weed convictions. They should be paroled. These type on convictions put good men behind bars and it destroys their lives for decades afterwards

I did 45 days in the county jail for weed charges when I was in my 20s.. It was pretty lax and we could have visits every weekend and have visitors drop off things we were allowed to have.. White socks White t shirts white boxer shorts Books COs searched the stuff before letting us have it.. I had my best friend and mom/dad bringing me the white clothes every weekend.. I also had them bring me books.. GOOSEBUMPS.. MFers wanted those books bad.. GOOSEBUMPS.. Childrens books.. Easy to read horror stories.. I hustled for trays, weed, cigarettes.. 1 t shirt cost 3 trays.. Boxers cost 2, socks cost 1.. Books were 5 trays.. I worked deals for weed, cigarettes.. I even got a tattoo in county jail lol.. Harnett County Jail NC..
Moneys tight right now. Been looking for a new hustle. Now i love my samsung galaxy s8 don't get me wrong . But 800 dollars? Shit... give me that ky jelly real quick
