Standard size is easier to remember in Inches, 3.5 x 2.5 but you were close with the mm measurements as that should be 88.9 x 63.5 There's also Euro size which are very, very similar

WrathOfCores is right, but you can use index cards, half index cards, sleeved printer paper (with/without backing card) etc. for playtest cards.
