- I put artificial intelligence to the test by challenging my friend to create a Scratch game using only AI! All of the code and art assets have to be made with ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion.

i love your videos, but can you make a longer challenge at some point? The projects always seem like they could use a bit more work, i would love to see like a 4 hour challenge or 24 hour challenge

shouldn't be happening too soon. maybe there will be a ton of games where AI has helped with code but AI kinda sucks at being specific. So an AI making a complete coherent game is super unlikely to happen TOO soon (probably someday tho).

I didn't even know you could make scratch code look that chaotic
it can be, but most of the time there is just s lot of sprites
If you right click on scripts there's an option that says "clean up blocks" which sorts out your scripts to be neater

Great video as always! But at 4:40, you could have saved time by going to RemoveBG (which is also an AI) and copy and pasting or dragging and dropping your image there, then you can download the result and erase and restore parts the AI either mistakenly deleted or parts the AI didn't remove.
i was saying this lol, also it isnt ai it just finds out the subject and removes different hues/color values from the image
imagine if they got the "Too many requests in 1 hour" error 💀

You should use the text to image AI Dall-E 2, created by open ai. It is more accurate to the prompts and isn’t overly detailed detailed.

Fun fact: OpenAI made this program called "Dall-E 2" where you can insert images and have the AI recreate them, as well as removing parts of an image to fill in, expanding images, and of course, making images pure from scratch.
I am pretty sure they know about it, but they used Stable Diffusion because its free?

unfortunately there's no way to convert it to scratch code...
although tosh's input format is pretty close, it's different enough that it'd still take a bit of effort to fix up. plus it only outputs scratch 2 projects
