    As someone who goes to Bundy a lot... There is a lot there that a stock Jeep can do as well.. which is why I enjoy it. (Without having to go hours away to have any fun offroad.)
    Can't wait to get my swayloc installed on the gladiator (This is a secret, don't tell anyone... LOL).... then hopefully I'll be able to get a lift and some 35's... In time... Then after all that... Lockers...and somewhere in between maybe a winch. LOL.

    • @TrailExpedition
      @TrailExpedition  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have the ORO swayloc on my JKU and highly recommend it! I’m upgrading from my 35s to 38s as well with more lift and beefing up the axles.
      I also like Bundy. My third favorite park in Michigan behind Turtle Ridge and Rocks and Valleys.

    • @trailtothevoid
      @trailtothevoid 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TrailExpedition Being from Jackson, Bundy is like a 25 minute drive. And I don't plan on being a rock-crawler or anything, more an overlander than a "true offroader", so 2.5" and 35s will be fine for me.
      I'll have to check out those other parks though.

    • @TrailExpedition
      @TrailExpedition  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah my JKU current setup is 2.5” lift and 35s. Now that I have the Gladiator, that will become my overland rig and the JKU will be the toy rock crawler.

    • @trailtothevoid
      @trailtothevoid 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TrailExpedition My wife has the JKU, it's on a (I wanna say) 2.5" RK lift with 33s, but I didn't build it that way, previous owner did, who is now a friend of mine..

    How would you compare Bundy hill to Groveland orv park. In Oakland County?

    • @TrailExpedition
      @TrailExpedition  ปีที่แล้ว

      Never been to Groveland. Bundy Hill, to me, is the third best park in Michigan behind Turtle Ridge and Rocks and Valleys.

    Lots of drone shots, how many batteries did you use? Are your skid plates stock? Looks like the women sit on the rocks while the guys play. Think they should've used a kinetic rope for that truck in the mud.

    • @TrailExpedition
      @TrailExpedition  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Two drone batteries used. That Skydio 2 drone continues to amaze me! Engine skid is aftermarket smittybilt from Amazon and the thing is pure beef. Highly recommended. That thing was buried in there deep. Not sure how they got it out but it took almost three hours.
