Following the tutorial on using the radio's diagnostics (link below), I discovered that my radio was not receiving dimmer signals. Also, this particular fuse was blown. I replaced it and eventually that burned as well. So there is a short somewhere. Coincidentally, this issue arose when I installed an aftermarket Android radio. Next step will be to uninstall this new device and see if things go back to normal. - - - - - - - To turn on the radio's diagnostics program, press-and-hold "1" and "6", then press the POWER button. I changed the fuse and guess what? Lights are still out.

I'm having the same issue as you on my 2011 Honda Accord but every time I put a new fuse in it just blows it any idea what it could be
So I checked the fuse and it was blown but still no lights smh. Idk anymore.

On my Accord 2010 EX fuse number 6 on passanger side is for gear lever and coin holder lights.

isnt number 6 the abs/vsa fuse. Im not sure how that would affect the radio lights. do you know?
Vsa/abs is on drivers side
