I'm honestly starting to think she's actually capable of casting spells over me with her music - because every single time I watch one of her performances, I'm enchanted and entranced - and this was no exception! Greetings from Scotland! Hey Molly! Everything you said about how you felt during the performance - ALL Diana's fans will be able to relate to that feeling because we've all experienced it! Diana seems to have the "key" to an emotional door in your soul which she just throws wide open and walks through! Consider this, the contestants in this show are allocated a song from a genre, no choice is given! They have little time to make the best performance they can. SO Diana took just the chorus, and *just two lines of it!* Then she slowed it right down, darkened it considerably, sang in a minor key, injected the Diana emotional factor and then sang from very low through to a very high crescendo and finished with massive power and a final high note right at the end! A stroke of pure genius and superb technical ability! All done by a young teenage Russian girl............ Beat that! I don't think it's possible! Great reaction again Molly!

They say Diana's performances heal people's souls, and I'd agree with that. I came to listen to Diana sing first time this summer and since then am listening to her regularly, and each time I'm being amazed, mesmerized, 'bewitched' in the best sence of this word... First episode of9 episodes of "The Show MaskGoOnne" .. evidently by the same 'crew' of Russia's Masked Singer so we get "The Show Mask Go On" . .more or less. A new episode comes out every Saturday. Last Saturday was episode 5. Three of the songs she has done have dancers with the performance. From my understanding the singers are not given a choice but sing what they are given with songs selected form some 9 categories. I believe they have one song that is of their choice.
Diana was the last singer to perform .. The judges are other singers who are competing against Diana and each other .. and their reaction then is from her peers. They guy with the beard who stood first is a one time guest - he is a famous Opera Tenor in Russia. (the nine singers are the same through all 9 shows with a different guest singer each time). northern Winter she was abandoned, injured, at a bus stop where
she was rescued and sent to an orphanage. At the age of 5 she was
still traumatized and unable to speak properly. A massage
therapist who visited the orphanage trying to help kids, was the
first to recognize something special in this little girl, and
eventually adopted her. Diana was sent for singing lessons because
it was thought that this might help her learn to speak without
impediment.
Only two years later she started singing in local theater, and in
street plays and performances. And soon after was entered in a
Russian TV music competition for disadvantaged children. By the
age of 10 she was winning local competitions, singing on live TV
shows, and her songs started showing up on TH-cam.
Two months ago, at the age of 18, her first performance during a
new Russian television competition with several other renowned
performers, has gone viral and has garnered hundreds of TH-cam
'reaction' videos, and millions of viewers. Her first song at the

Эта песня спета не для того, чтобы нас развлечь или просто доставить удовольствие. Таким исполнением Диана выбивает слушателя из зоны комфорта, заставляя почувствовать что-то сверх того привычного, что может доставить нам прослушивание хорошей музыки. Она напоминает нам о том, что в человеке и в окружающем нас мире есть, помимо хорошо знакомого, ещё что-то - непознанное, таинственное, мистическое, что помимо солнечного, яркого дня есть также тёмная, загадочная ночь, а каждом человеке, кроме светлого , есть также и кое-что тёмное, до конца не понятное. The way I interpreted her rendition was; A spiral of obsession into madness. Totally unrelated to this performance, but her voice is so recognizable she should do voice acting.
