@@jonathan75801They literally…. Literally 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 Talk about up there that video up there how series 2 was confirmed & how they already have plans for it. We don’t mind if you want to delete that comment 😇
What pisses me off is that I submitted a script to channel 4 six years ago and asked if they would be willing to make my drama based on my life. I was a gay kid in the 70s/80s and experienced terrible prejudice and emotional torment along with a very violent home life living with parents who had mental health issues and daily domestic abuse. Channel 4 read my scripts and told me there would be no viewers for this kind of drama !! If I was a high profile personality like Alan Carr I am sure Channel 4 would have bitten my hand off !
Turn it into a novel instead inspired by your personal history, and not an exact copy. It'll be a hit and they'll come crawling back for an adaptation. x
Don’t give up, you will have plenty of knock backs before you get a yes, I’m sorry you got a knock back. Your story does sound interesting. I agree it is common with similar stories I’ve heard but they need to be told, it’s important. Maybe channel 4 is not the right place to go. It could also work as a piece of theatre. You might be able to get art funding or something.
@@olliexxwell the fact that he has a young boy playing the role of him as a young boy!! I mean, surely he could have cast someone more suitable, like James Earl Jones?
Love this show, the young Lad is Absolutely amazing ❤
This kid was amazing in this program. He was so good!
Omg I love Alan Carr, know what I'm gonna watch tonight's. Never knew this existed. 😮😮
Can't wait for series 2.
Really like this show, and Olie is brilliant as young Alan. Looking forward to seeing all the new episodes. x
Have thoroughly enjoyed both series and what a fantastic actor Oliver is 👏👏👏👏👏
4:56 - Alan: "He (Oliver) gave such an intelligent, nuanced, subtle (performance).."
How did Oliver do it?
Oliver: "The teeth really help."
😅
😅
Both awesome!
Series 2 is brilliant
Alan Carr would have been a far better choice for the love of Dogs...than Allison.
Absolutely!
Yes!!!!!! Thank you someone else who brought up Alan Carr for the host For the Love of Dogs.
@@inannamoonchild7643 perhaps it will happen in the future. x

@@JadeRavenwolf Absolutely.

Its fantastic
❤
Oliver's voice is breaking and when it comes to series 2 he'll have to impersonate Alan's old lady voice
Also got to get a 3rd In🙏🏼
I'm shocked he's only 47. I thought he'd be about 60 now. Wow, he was only 10 years old in 1986. Hard to believe.
Strange to hear Oli with such a deep voice. 😂
He's 13, so his voice maybe has just broken.
why is there a dog on the couch?
It seems to me like a nother go at "Beautiful People"

BBC rejected the show, which is why itv picked up the rights.
Can I play you if it gets made?
Dead funny
This is all very strange
😂😂funny person
I hope the kid is a better actor than he is at interviews 😂
Used to like alan, until this ,not nice involving young boys in this.
What do u mean
So who do you want playing an 11-year-old boy? A 30-year-old man? It wouldn't work. The show is ABOUT a boy, for God's sake.
