I grew up using exclusively Windows till I was about 32. But then I tried out a Mac for the first time and suffice it to say, Windows has now been relegated to only for gaming these days 😅
I am tempted by the physical format of this machine! It works in ways I've wanted a laptop to work. Haven't used Windows in ages; I'm a solid Mac and Linux fanboy. If this Yoga 7i runs Linux, it would be the bee's knees!
Great video Mark! I love my mac mini and would never move back to windows at home, but have the Lenovo 7i pro for work. It comes with the 13th gen i7 H processor, 1 TB drive, 16 gb ram and 2.5K IPS screen all for about 1100 USD. The Lenovo machine is really quite good and windows 11 has cut out a lot of the complexity and trying to be more simple. Bang for buck it does beat the mac laptops. The equivalent apple machine would have been double for sure. Hopefully Apple is watching!
I have used a Mac on and off since the original 1984 Macintosh. And, I have also consistently used a Windows PC - usually forced into it by my job. Plus, for the past 20 or so years I’ve always had a home built PC on my desk (along with my MacBook Pro). Last year I was so befuddled by the Mac pricing that I decided to purchase an Asus VivoBook Flip 14 so I could have all that touch and flip stuff on a laptop. But alas, I found I t was more of a novelty (nice!) and I always wanted to go back to my Mac and the “refined” interconnectivity and synergy that happens with the Apple ecosystem. Plus, I had forgotten all the updates and strange PC system stuff you have to deal with to get things working to my liking. What can I say, I returned the VivoBook and am trying to find the hard earned cash to purchase a new MacBook Pro or Air.
Nothing beats a custom PC for desktop productivity/gaming, etc. Nothing beats a Mac when it comes to laptops and phones. As a tech nerd, that has been my experience over the past 30 years. I have tried using desktop Macs and the experience is just not as good as the custom PC. Mobile devices like laptops and phones, Apple is still light years ahead of windows and android devices.
I am typing this post on the i5 variant of the YOGA 7i. I am primarily a Mac user and very (perhaps too) vested in the Apple ecosystem. However, when I found this laptop, I was hooked. I got rid of my barely used m1 mac mini and picked up this laptop. Now I have the best of both, a MacBook Pro 14" and The Yoga 7i. Although I have been on both sides over the years, I too have hated on Windows for various reasons. I still enjoy working on a Mac, with all the seamless movement between devices that iCloud allows. But, I cannot deny that Windows 11 has really matured and impressed me. Plus, my experience with Lenovo has always been top notch. For me, its like the Mac of PCs -- if that makes sense. The ironic thing is that when I am working on a Windows computer, I miss certain things that only my Mac can do. But, conversely, when I am working on my Mac, I wish it did or had things that solely seem to be the province of the PC landscape. So, What to do? Get both, I guess? LOL. Because the "Swiss Army Knife" of computers doesn't exist. There will always be that something missing. This is great laptop and I am glad I picked it up.
A master class in how to do a comprehensively detailed, sponsored video with integrity and openness. Well done. I'm a recent buyer of an Apple 14" M3 Max MacBook Pro - but have used Lenovo laptops of various models for a few years now. Looks like an amazing 2-in-1 this Yoga.
I'm 100% with you on this, Mark! I began as a Windows pro and bought my first Mac out of curiosity, liked it, and gradually bought more. Now, both my work and personal domains are half Windows and half Mac. I prefer that Macs are less administratively 'needy', as I have other things to do, some Windows tasks are infuriating (Windows Server Update Services, anyone?!), and I have no time for bloatware or spyware. I have an earlier Lenovo Yoga and enjoy using it, but my leisure computer is still an early 2015 MacBook Pro 13-inch. I never notice a lack of performance, whereas almost all my older Windows laptops (IBMs and Lenovos) slowed down dramatically then died from hardware failures. I hope my current Yoga prevails, but I'm becoming a complete adherent to Macs because the quality and longevity are so great. Good video - the people have a right to know!
Mark have you been reading my mind! Again! Spot on. I bought the Lenovo Yoga 7i a couple months ago for all the reasons you mentioned. after multiple trips to the Apple store and PC world, for the price and features it just stood out from all the others.
Good on you, Mark, for pointing out the benefits of Windows PCs (in this case a Yoga 7i) vs. the MacBook Air. Ultimately it's a matter of personal choice, of course, but the 7i and other Windows laptops have undeniable advantages over their Mac counterparts. These include touchscreens, 2-in-1 form factors, Windows Hello logins, component upgradeability and ease of service, a more varied port selection, and a wider range of prices (8GB RAM upgrades don't cost $200, to give just one ridiculous example from the Apple side). I've owned numerous Macs as well, and they have their own advantages--most notably the M-series processors. But for me, at this moment, it's a Surface Laptop 5 !
I had been looking at a macbook air m2 for a few months when I stumbled on a yoga 7i. Ended up with the lenovo because of the monitor on it. I chose the 14" oled version with 1tb which cost about the same as the macbook but with literally quadruple the storage and it can be a tablet
The features of the Lenovo yoga seem to be more bang for your buck. I just ordered it too and was similarly looking into a MacBook. How are you liking it? Is the fan noise loud?
The reason Apple don’t make a touch-screen laptop that folds over and doubles as an iPad is… so we have to buy both. But you knew that already!!! Looks nice. Been a while since I used a Windows machine. Not sure I’m ready to go back, but my wife uses Windows so it’s be perfect for her. Although if her (admittedly excellent) last Lenovo laptop is anything to go by, it’ll be loaded with a ton of bloatware that’ll need deleting first?
It’s weighted to them in terms of coverage, absolutely. It’s why I only work with sponsors whose products I know, like, trust, and would recommend to my audience. Trust me - _lot’s_ go by the wayside. Thanks for the kind words.
@@MarkEllisReviews Also if someone is calling out a bias due to a sponsorship, they are already demonstrating they are able to comprehend the distinction between sponsorship and a review. It is already understood in the correct context.
@@MarkEllisReviewsthing is..its a beautiful laptop. It simply can’t compete with Apple for one MAJOR, insurmountable reason that no other Windows laptop can. BATTERY LIFE.
@UniversalStand what a truly stupid thing to say. A laptop can be better than a Mac in every single way possible, but will always be inferior simply because of better battery life. Lol. No
@@DashMcdash-gz4qq NO. You’re wrong. If I have to interrupt my workflow because I have to recharge in the middle of the day vs the end it’s a problem. As an aside, and very importantly, this laptop does not compare to a Macbook. How do I know? I returned this exact laptop and bought a Macbook Pro. Far better laptop, far better OS and far longer battery life.
At work, my employer issues HP Elitebooks, which have Windows and facial recognition. Before that, it was Surface Pros with Windows and facial recognition. If those, frankly, un-premium machines incorporate facial recognition, it's bizarre to me that Macs don't. It's on my iPhone and my iPad but not on my MacBooks, even though there's that notch. I can live with that because fingerprint readers are an okay alternative to face recognition, and I have an Apple Watch that the Macs detect to automatically unlock the MacBooks when I open them (and I don't have to be looking at the MacBooks' cameras). Still, it's strange that Macs don't have face recognition when Windows alternatives do.
Love that you reach out to try other brands. The lag though at 5:50 on the touchscreen confirms why I keep reaching for Apple. Windows is just too inconsistent and buggy when it comes to function where Apple just works as an iPad that works seemlessly with the pencil or the Macbook Air which is far thinner, a beauty to use and so many more features with an optimized trackpad, nice display and great keyboard. Not to mention scrolling through webpages is a breeze on either Apple product... but you need two. The other understated point of Apple is the second-hand market. Apple holds value for much longer than any windows i've ever owned and there's always a buyer.
Do not feel a need to touch a laptop screen...that's why they make tablets. And your right windows can be a mess with Breached security updates and an update that will give you a BSOD. No drivers to download on Mac, just a software update.
G’day Mark, I enjoyed the review almost as much as how you went about the review. I like computers, both Windows and Mac but it seems that like yourself my choice is for Mac for features that are important to me. Just as Windows users have their set of values for computers that are important to them. You have shown us the features that make the Lenovo a very nice computer and how attractive it is. You have written a great review without being disrespectful to either Mac or Windows. My grandson has just received a Lenovo laptop for the start of his senior years in High School. Looks basic, black and boring but being a school approved issue with some sort of Windows Enterprise software version it will be a tried and tested probably bullet proof computer. I am itching to get my hands on it to see what it is all about.
I have spent weeks researching my next laptop and ended up with the Yoga7i 16 inch. Just make sure you select the IR camera option for facial recognition.
Bought 2 Lenovo Yoga 7i i5 16GB RAM 512 SSD. The best bag for your buck. For 10 percent more performance get the i7. The intel i5 is really great, no slow down at all.
I am a software developer and a lecturer. This laptop perfectly fits my needs. I want a large display (16") for coding, and a pen for my lecture. Some lecturers have additional tablets with pens for handwriting, but Yoga is the all-in-one solution.
Hi ** Did you know ????? There is a serious design defect in this LENOVO yoga series of laptop.... the micro SD Card slot. You can insert a micro SD Card in the slot but you cannot eject it if you want to remove, replace the card or use multiple card. There is no eject mechanism in the SD card slot, so once inserted it is stuck and you can't do a thing to take SD card out.
Im debating between this yoga and the macbook pro 14" m3 pro to use as my base for work. Currently that would mean call center stuff and using a computer phone, later more softwares while working in a clinic. Would you recommend one or the other?
Here is a windows experience to convey. I have a Dell xps 17 that I do regular updates on. In July a windows update crashed the laptop and I had to do a complete reinstallation. In late August I purchased a yoga 9i and sunbsequently did two updates over a span of a month. The second update destroyed the ability for the yoga’s battery to charge. I had to return it for a complete refund. Microsoft is completely reckless putting troublesome updates out there.
this is very unfair for microsoft because windows is catering to many computer manufacturers. and these computers doesn't have the exact same specs. whereas to macs, they are both in control of the hardware and software.
Excellent review. I'm a Mac user....but in my industry (crop dusting) there are alot of programs we use that are only windows compatible. I'll buy the 7i... thanks. D
And I am more partial to Windows for my use case and principle of not wanting to pay that Apple tax but I just got a 14 MacBook Pro M3 Pro because of battery life and the screen( Why I traded in my M2 Air ). You just can't match the battery life and efficiency of Apple's M chips for laptops. Battery life is the most important thing for me along with bright screen and the MacBooks even the Air's do it. My primary machine is a Windows Desktop with a Nividia 3080, Intel i7-12700F and 32GB of RAM but this MBP is nice and works for me on the go. Also the fact you get the same power on battery vs AC adapter is a major plus.
Hello Mark - I relied on your advice in choosing my 1st Generation M1 Mac Book Air. I have been very happy with my choice. But annoying idiosyncraties have started giving me some doubts - as has the evolution of the Mac OS itself, that seems to complicate each upgrade and stray from the Mac OS model.as originally configured. The changes seem be more a layers of cosmetics instead of improvements. Would I be happier with the Yoga''s touch screen manipulation of elements on the screen?. Increased memor. tempting. Is their OS as shipped compatible/equal to Mac OS, or will I be using W.Indows I left 12 years ago.Would you make that kind of change? I am a Mac guy, and still need some compatibility.
Can you tell us why and how you are welded in to the apple eco system.. please do an Honest video.. how one can benifit from this type of welded situation..
Nice video. No disrespect, but let's be honest, no laptop with an integrated Intel graphics and no dedicated Nvidia or AMD gpu like what the Lenovo Yoga 7i seems to be, it's not going to be a gaming beast. Therefore it does not have serious gaming cabalities like you claim it has.
Much as I love Apple stuff, I've just ordered a Lenovo Legion to replace my 2015 MacBook Pro (they do last well, I'll give them that). Yes, the new MacBooks are lovely, but most people don't need the power of the M2/ M3 and they're slowly but surely just pricing themselves out of the reach of most people. Don't suppose it'll bother Apple too much though. I doubt that Macs are their main source of income.
I have both the Macbook Air and the Lenovo. I NEVER use the Lenovo as a tablet. Too heavy. Also never use touchscreen. It's a nice Windows laptop but to be honest, it is no match to the Macbook Air
Used a 2 in 1 yoga thinkpad for 2.5 years. Battery was terrible and the hinge cracked the screen frame in a year. Lenovo didn‘t want to repair the device. A device that breaks because of the fundamental mechanism of a laptop: opening and closing. Got a used macbook for cheap and an iPad. Much, much, much better combination. The Apple Pencil is also super precise. With these pens you can‘t make stable lines and need calibration from time to time.
Hello Mark, I know its been quite some time since you dropped this video but I was hoping you could give me an advice here. So I'm a graphic designer and im looking for a laptop for about 1200 euros and i stumbled upon the yoga i7 with the intel i7 and really liked it. But im also considering buying the m3 macbook air. Ive never used apple products but i have a feeling that they are worth the price, because ive never heard someone complain about their mac getting laggy, slower or buggy. So buying the mac would probably be a safe choice because i know its not going to fail so quickly and decay over time as fast. On the other hand Its clear that the Yoga has so much more advantages over the mac and for me,, being into digital art, it would be very helpful to have the yoga versatility and flexibility. So what should i choose? The long life, stable, luxurious and high perfomance and efficiency macbook air m3, or the flexible, artistic, multiuse Lenovo yoga 7i?
I just got mine yesterday and was wondering if there was a “battery protection” feature? Like stopping the charging threshold at around 80% I googled and tried to look it up on TH-cam but my Lenovo vantage app only has conservation mode and battery saver.
i just bought mine with the core ultra 7 chip 1tb 16gbs of ram for $680 and omg im in love. the one down side is why did they put the power button on the side!!!! the amount of timed i accidently hit it lol
I work with both Windows and Macs. I prefer working on a Mac as I love the trackpad, huge battery life and quietness of the laptops and desktops. Windows machines work well but the interface is less intuitive and the battery life sucks. When teaching I get feedback from students that all they can hear is fan noise, something I never get on a Mac. For me, as I have a job which can allow me the option, a Mac and an iPad is better than the Lenovo Yoga. I just wish windows laptops could run colder or some software and game providers could embrace the Mac.
The fans are always my biggest issues. I'm mostly a Linux user, so I tend to get Windows laptops and then wipe them. But I was using my friend's MacBook Air for a bit and just enjoyed how quiet it was. Makes it difficult to choose since I really do dislike Apple's practices.
I always know why i try to avoid getting back to Windows when pressional reasons force me to use Windows software (the office thing) which seems to be getting worst by the day (with the exception of it’s Stability, i have no more word crashes in particular since using Apple silicon) but don’t get me started in Outlook, teams,… utter rubbish. And when you sit in a shared workspace with colleagues on all kinds of Windows laptops (all doing same as me office work, research, browning) and they all seem to compete in fan noise or anxiously looking for power outlets… You know why you get a mac every time..
No word on the battery life of the Yoga 7i? Because in this case you cannot beat the Macbook Air... also in the category "fan noise" - because there is fortunately no one. When it comes to Windows Laptops there are a few advantages, but also a lot of disadvantages; in business life I had to deal with many expensive Thinkpad-Laptops like the X1 Carbon until I forced the IT to give me a Macbook Pro with an M1 Pro - I had so many issues with these Thinkpad laptops in form of bad functioning touchpads, screens, battery life and so on.
I also have the yoga 7 but its a lower options one from with an amd clip and 8gs of ram. For 500$ i love it they look exactly the same and it performs well for what i need im no pro computer user
As tempting as it may seem, all windows laptops come with poor battery life, throttled unplug performance, thick(er) chassis ( compare to MacBook Air) , all these make they not " true laptops", they cannot really leave your desk and charger. I really hope intel and AMD can concentrate more on efficiency, make windows laptops truly laptops.
When Apple does some particularly annoying thing (scrapping the 27" iMac's!!!) I sometimes think I'll move back to Windows ... then I use windows for a few minutes and realize how bad it is. I'm a photographer and one of the problems is getting sometimes hundreds of shots to clients. I use Dropbox - that works fine for 80- 90% of clients but there are a small percentage who only work from IOS/Android and find downloading at full resolution on phones problematic. A few days ago a neighbour I'd shot said he was having problems understanding dropbox and asked me to email the shots to him ... I just copied them onto a USB stick and handed them to him ... he rings me a few times through the day to say he's having problems as his HP laptop says the "file format isn't recognized" ... it turns out that the Windows laptop created 200+ duplicate JPG files - all at 4kb - in each folder - and added a bunch of folders ... (I suspect it's the antivirus) We found my shots buried at the bottom end of the folder listing ... hmmm back to my Mac
That's an excellent value-no question. But it runs Windows, so that's a hard pass for me. I've used both in my career and MacOS is far superior-despite its flaws-for my uses.
If Lenovo remove the functionality of touchscreen and 2-in-1 tent mode from this laptop and lower the price by 150 dollars, I would be extremely happy. Those are, maybe, the most useless features of a laptop. It's like you buy a big TV with a touchscreen. Really tired of holding and pointing your fingers on the screen when you just need to move your fingers on a small touchpad to control everything.
Windows will give you more from your money and basically is best that apple computers less expesive more power more freedom. The only thing I hear from Apple users is this oh but is really easy to use. PC for life Papi
I bought a MacBook Air M2 to replace my Lenovo Yoga 7i 2022, I’m disappointed in every aspect. Reviewers overhype the Mac to the point that is misleading. The screen, speakers, quality, materials, keyboard, trackpad, etc. nothing is as impressive as they make it seem. MacBooks are not worth it, people just have preference in the OS, “ecosystem “, Apple logo or who knows what.
“MacBooks are not worth it”, you say, before going on to admit that people have their own OS/ecosystem preference. If the latter is true (which it is), that means no single device can be deemed “not worth it” - it’s each to their own.
Purely Mac eco system is why it's for me. That and I know my M series Mac will run perfectly for 5 plus years if not ten. My old unibody Macs are still phenomenal devices after upgrades and Ventura Sonoma patches. I have an iPad for a reason and it's awesome. I personally have never wanted my Mac to have touch screens How often would I really need a 16' tablet???? Can this tablet text iPhones or even androids??? I need my Mac to be able to respond to every single text no matter who it is
I use Windows at work for office stuff and I have a M1 Mac Mini for editing photos at home. Aside from that I have the new M1 IPad Air and an older iPad mini. The iPad mini is gets much more use than the iPad Air, which is too large to carry conveniently. Both Windows and MacOS are irritating in different ways. I have no preference over either.
You can integrate phones with Windows. iPhones less so due to Apples intentional restrictions on other products. But other brands of phones can have far more integration than iPhone to MacOS. Apparently iPhone mirroring will come to MacOS, welcome to the past. Ironically you could pickup a Lenovo, aka Motorla Edge series phone or Thinkphone and have this mirroring while the phone stays completely usable. You can have complete individual and multiple apps cast in sizeable windows too your desktop, you can have onea phones desktop mode on the computer or it's own driven monitor. Access ones phones storage as a drive etc. Using the windows phone to any phone messaging and many other abilities are unlocked from anywhere etc. The belief that one needs a single brand and the Apple ecosystem is just not knowing that there's broader abilities Apple hasn't even achieved in it's own systems via cross brand and platform.
@@Spoonfed78 yeah. With all Apple its insanely seamless and smooth natively. One simple setting click on my phone From any of my Macs even an old 2010 unibody Mac (That ive patched Sonoma on and it runs flawlessly) I never have to pick my phones up at night. I have a REALLY good Dell machine I only use for Linux VMs but all my Macs run Linux just as well. Using Windows I just feel cheap. Im still trying to like Windows and not right it off but....Look Its bad when Master are saying "Just run Windows 10 as long as you can" I hate 11 Windows 10 is not bad
You lost some credibility by saying this laptop is capable of gaming.... You serious? Intel Iris graphics are literally bottom of barrel garbage. No one is gaming in this thing and you shouldn't push such BS.

Standing behind the tree was one who had the appearance of a serpent (dragon) but it had the hands and feet of a man and it had wings on its shoulders. There were six pairs of wings, so that there were six wings on the right shoulder and six on the left shoulder. As I continued looking, I saw the man and the woman eating the fruit from the tree. And the serpent (dragon) was holding the grapes of the tree and feeding them to the two I saw embracing each other. And I said, "Who are these two that embrace, and who is this between them, and what is the fruit which they are eating, Oh, Mighty, Eternal One?" And He said, "This is the world of men (this is humanity). This (one) is Adam (man), and that one, who is their desire upon the earth, is Eve. But he who is between them is the ungodliness of their behavior that is sending them on the way to perdition. It is Azazel." And I said, "Eternal Mighty One! Why have you given the likes of him (Azazel) the power to destroy mankind (children or generations of men) and their works upon the earth?" And He said to me, " I gave him power over them who want do evil and those whom I have already hated and they will even come to love him."13. And I said. "Eternal, Mighty One! Why did you want to bring into existence an evil that men would desire in their heart since you are angered at what was chosen by those who do useless (vain/unprofitable) things in your light (counsel! presence)?" Chapter 24 He said to me, "I am angered by mankind on your account, and on account of those who will be of your family to come, because as you can see in the vision, the burden of destiny is placed upon them, and I will tell you what will be, and how much will take place in the last days. macOS users: have you ever been tempted by Windows? And, if so, why? Keep it friendly, please!
I grew up using exclusively Windows till I was about 32. But then I tried out a Mac for the first time and suffice it to say, Windows has now been relegated to only for gaming these days 😅

Because the "Swiss Army Knife" of computers doesn't exist. There will always be that something missing.
This is great laptop and I am glad I picked it up.
If only someone could combine the best of Mac and the best of Windows :)
Glad to hear you like it. I just ordered the Lenovo yoga 🙏🏻
Do you have the 14" or 16" version. Im thinking about getting one and can't decide on the size.
@@zamaanwellness how do you feel???
@@tahakhankhattakI returned it and got the Dell 16” 2-in-1!
Well, he did mention at the top “sponsored by Lonova and Intel.” Being a PC and Mac user, I appreciate both the honesty and information.
Thank you!
Haha - well, there you go! Enjoy!
Whats the battery life on it?
As much as I enjoy your content, sponsored videos like this are inherently biased towards the sponsor.
Thanks for the kind words!
I have spent weeks researching my next laptop and ended up with the Yoga7i 16 inch. Just make sure you select the IR camera option for facial recognition.
So happy to hear that. I did about 2 days of research and landed on it too. How are you liking it?
Ive had my Macbook Pro for 10 years and really have no issues but im also very interested in this computer, i like the touch screen.
Is this laptop available in the market in Singapore?
Hi ** Did you know ????? There is a serious design defect in this LENOVO yoga series of laptop.... the micro SD Card slot. You can insert a micro SD Card in the slot but you cannot eject it if you want to remove, replace the card or use multiple card. There is no eject mechanism in the SD card slot, so once inserted it is stuck and you can't do a thing to take SD card out.
Hello! Is this problem not being solved? Is it really impossible to extract?
Those Intel space heaters use a lot of power compared to a M series Macbook.
And they run Windows... nuff said.
Apple won't give any Mac a touch screen or tablet abilities until they give up on the iPad. Which won't be happening anytime soon I imagine.
With that said, Face ID would be quite nice.
Lenovo fan boy tries Macintosh computers, as shown in the following video.
For a week I wondered what that plastic thing was with the pen 🤦♂️😂
As always, great video Mark. Weird question... where did you get your glasses frames?
Much as I love Apple stuff, I've just ordered a Lenovo Legion to replace my 2015 MacBook Pro (they do last well, I'll give them that).
Yes, the new MacBooks are lovely, but most people don't need the power of the M2/ M3 and they're slowly but surely just pricing themselves out of the reach of most people.
Don't suppose it'll bother Apple too much though. I doubt that Macs are their main source of income.
Agree 100%. I really do like MacBooks but the prices are ridiculous. They are indeed pricing themselves out of the reach of most people.
Hows the fan ? is it not noisy ?
I have both the Macbook Air and the Lenovo. I NEVER use the Lenovo as a tablet. Too heavy. Also never use touchscreen. It's a nice Windows laptop but to be honest, it is no match to the Macbook Air
What does the MacBook have that is better than the Lenovo Yoga?
Used a 2 in 1 yoga thinkpad for 2.5 years. Battery was terrible and the hinge cracked the screen frame in a year. Lenovo didn‘t want to repair the device. A device that breaks because of the fundamental mechanism of a laptop: opening and closing. Got a used macbook for cheap and an iPad. Much, much, much better combination. The Apple Pencil is also super precise. With these pens you can‘t make stable lines and need calibration from time to time.
Brilliant explanation, great video
Glad you liked it!
Didn't mention the screen resolution.
Proper CPU design? Doesn’t matter how fast it is transcoding and encoding video. M series is gimped for I/O.
??
Yes! I like the ability of the touch screen! Thats theeee only thing that prevents me from buying a MacBook AGAIN!
Hi Mark, what is the sound like on headphones with music?
Mac fan girl here who just bought this exact laptop. I’ll probably never go back once I figure out all my passwords 😂
The yoga pen does not work like the apple pencil on the ipad pro. Not even close.
Here we gooooooooo!
True, but the pen comes free with the Yogo.
Absolutely, but have in mind that the pen comes free with the laptop, also, if you don’t like that pen you can buy any AES 1.0/2.0 pen.
I just got mine yesterday and was wondering if there was a “battery protection” feature? Like stopping the charging threshold at around 80% I googled and tried to look it up on TH-cam but my Lenovo vantage app only has conservation mode and battery saver.
Until Microsoft finds a way to give you all the power off the charger and fix the battery usage on standby Mac laptops are king.
i just bought mine with the core ultra 7 chip 1tb 16gbs of ram for $680 and omg im in love. the one down side is why did they put the power button on the side!!!! the amount of timed i accidently hit it lol
Makes it difficult to choose since I really do dislike Apple's practices.
can i run linux on it? will touchscreen work?
Windows User me watching this Video in Lenovo Yoga 7 😉😊
I just got it , I love it bruh it’s perfect for streaming
May I ask which CPU model you have? 1355U or 1360P?
AMD version is more appealing
20$ anker Adapter hub gives my Mac 7 more ports.
Someone call it fanboyism i call it Stockholm Syndrom ,at least im my case.
ASS to be exact. Apple Stockholm Syndrome 😂
I will agree with you that battery life and fan noise are definite wins for the Macs. My biggest gripe I'd say with Windows/Linux systems.
Will you trying out the Lenovo Legion Go as well? Should make for an interesting video
Thanks for the tip-off. Maybe!
I also have the yoga 7 but its a lower options one from with an amd clip and 8gs of ram. For 500$ i love it they look exactly the same and it performs well for what i need im no pro computer user
So why didn‘t you show us how you edit your videos on this yoga ad?
Because I use Final Cut Pro. Thanks for watching and engaging - appreciate it 👍
Should be, PC users, have you ever been tempted by a Mac. 100 percent no.
Mark! I love your voice - not tryna be a creep, lol
Please does the yoga 7i have fingerprint?
it does on most models but make sure you to check first. I've seen some without.
I buy it from Best Buy today ❤❤❤
I bought mine today 🎉
Me too 🙏🏻
When Apple does some particularly annoying thing (scrapping the 27" iMac's!!!) I sometimes think I'll move back to Windows ... then I use windows for a few minutes and realize how bad it is.
Apple pay 899 for an iPhone with 60zh screen but you can buy a flagship that has oled screen for half the price with a better screen
is pen charging?
Compare to everything I rather have Lenovo products everyday ❤ + Lenovo is the largest pc company in the world 🌎
does it have a placeholder for a pen?
From other videos I’ve seen, it does. The placeholder is near the (usb?) ports if not attached to the port.
So it comes with the pen 🖊️ or we buy it separately 😮
i am watching this video from my yoga 7
Definitely sponsored. Never take these videos seriously. If the creator doesn't use the product, think of this was just entertainment
Glad you were entertained by this one.
This video is sponsored by Lenovo.
This video is edited for you by Macbook air.
It was edited on a MacBook Pro, mate.
That's an excellent value-no question. But it runs Windows, so that's a hard pass for me. I've used both in my career and MacOS is far superior-despite its flaws-for my uses.
The problem with windows laptops is Windows, I much prefer it to macOS.
You don’t build “Windows PCs”…you build PCs in general. I used to do the same…but either OS2 and later Linux got installed on them.
😂 Bring ‘em on!
I ‘built Windows PCs’, mate. That’s how I lost lost of my hair.
He's not wrong though!
Cool video btw I just wish glossy screens were more common on non Apple screens!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Windows has nothing to offer me, horrible experince. With my job I use them becuase I have to. No thanks

Apocalypse of Abraham 23
Now I ook again in the vision and see who it is that seduced Eve and what the fruit of the Tree was, and you will know what is to be, and how it will be for your progeny among the people at the end of the days of the age. And all that you cannot understand I will make known to you for you are well-pleasing in my sight, and I will tell you of those things which are kept in my heart. Then I looked into the vision, and my eyes looked at the side of the Garden of Eden, and I saw there a man of imposing height and he was great (powerful) in stature, incomparable in appearance. He was embracing (entwined with) a woman who looked like his size and stature. They were standing under a tree of the Garden of Eden, and the fruit of this tree was like a bunch of grapes on a vine. Why did you want to bring into existence an
evil that men would desire in their heart since you are angered at what was chosen by those who do useless (vain/unprofitable) things in your light (counsel! presence)?"
Chapter 24
He said to me, "I am angered by mankind on your account, and on account of those who will be of your family to come, because as you can see in the vision, the burden of destiny is placed upon them, and I will tell you what will be, and how much will take place in the last days. Now look at everything in the vision." I looked and saw the created beings that had come into existence before me. And I saw Adam and Eve and the cunning adversary who was with them; the crafty Cain, who had been influenced (led) by the adversary to break the law;
Aramaic Targum - Ruth 4:22

He lived a long time, until the serpent's counsel to Eve, Adam's wife, to partake of the fruit of the tree, the eating of which resulted in wisdom to distinguish between good and evil, was recalled before God. Because of that counsel, all inhabitants of the earth are mortal, and as a result of that blunder, the righteous Jesse died. He is Jesse, who was the father of David, the king of Israel.
