My purpose in life is to help woman of all ages understand the power of their mind and how to use the power to create the life they desire. Freeing my mind changed My life! I used to be a naive feminine type who doubted my own abilities and self worth that caused me to sabotaged myself … to being a woman who respects her own boundaries understands her power and prioritizes herself everyday, takes herself on dates, cherishes her alone time, and has built up her confidence to have control over my mind & life and not let it control me. I've come to the time in my life where I really want, and am, pouring into myself, but it's kind of habitual to be stingy ish with myself when I've almost always was preparing or thinking of the future instead of the now and not fully enjoying life. I've listened to other videos with this kind of topic, but your delivery is reaching me more. Thank you for the true talk and much needed reminder to flood myself first with what I really need. It starts from me. After God, I'm the number one who is for me.
