I made this recipe and made crepes with it... strawberry cream cheese crepes!! Had Swerve sweetened cream cheese in the middle with thinly sliced strawberries rolled up with powdered Swerve sprinkled over them... and more sliced strawberries.. topped with Whipped cream ! One more thing I don't have to be tempted to go to IHOP !!! So happy!!1
These are so good! I've been making them for years. If a person doesn't want to use the syrup but likes a maple flavor, add a little maple extract to the pancake batter or to some melted butter as a topping. Have a great day!
I made pancakes this morning. They were soo good! I halved the recipe. I recommend making small cakes because they were hard to flip for me. The half recipe (4c)+2 sausages (0c)and sugar free syrup (1c) totaled 5 net carbs. Update 5/25/22: made these w/half cup of cottage cheese instead of cream cheese because I was out. Still tastes amazing plus fewer carbs! I also add cinnamon to the batter.
I made these for the first time today and added some monk fruit to the batter. I also had to learn the hard way that I need to make them smaller the next time for easier flipping.

Grazing can actually sequester far more carbon than forests at a much, much faster rate. If we grazed animals on a large enough scale, we could actually mitigate all human emissions. The soil microbiome is killed with chemicals and that dead soil is lost rapidly, causing complete land infertility and desertification. Grazing animals is the fastest way to replenish these lands, bring the microbes back, give nutrients back, rehydrate, break up impaction, and build soil faster than any other process. It would take nature decades to build the amount of soil made in a couple of yrs of Grazing.
I made these today, what a delicious treat!! By my figures the whole recipe is 6 carbs. 1 carb per tbs cream cheese = 4 carbs. My eggs are double yolks at 1 carb each = 2 carb, total 6. Well woth it but no more carbs today. Didn't taste eggs at all, sooooo good.
*The texture is surprisingly similar to traditional pancakes, and they taste great. Such a simple and quick recipe for a low-carb breakfast. Definitely making these more often!*
@@frostygal about 2 cups berries, a couple tbsp chia seeds and 1/4 cup of water. ( cook the water and berries down before adding the chia seeds off the heat. ) it makes a ton too!
I plan to make this tomorrow but will add a bit of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon in the batter. I'm not doing a 100% keto diet. I call it more a "keto-betic" diet because I'm diabetic and just have to watch the carbs. Thanks for the videos and tips!
Just made these. Literally just like the real thing. I added a teaspoon of baking powder and 3 teaspoons of ground flaxseed to the mix, was blinking yummy. Added lemon juice and xylitol once made.
Honestly, I love adding cinnamon too! It kind of reminds me of something I used to make when I was little ☺Even whipped cream and blueberries on the top would be amazing!
I LOVE thin pancakes!! I've never really liked the thick fluffy kind growing up. I ate them, of course, but as I got older someone made them thin and I always tried to do it that way and could never get them right. I think this way is going to be a winner for me especially since I'm Keto and I miss things like pancakes, etc. Thank you!!!!

OMG I am going to try these sugar free pancakes A.S.A.P. I haven't done low carb/keto in years. I had throat cancer over a yr. ago and couldnt eat through my mouth until recently ,had lost alot of weight and the diabetes. I thank you for your recipes. I too lost a hundred pounds in the past with the modified Atkins diet about 20 years ago. There wasn't that much variety as it is today. You are helping so many people. I always fluctuated my weight based on my circumstances. Now I am shedding it off but this time there is a variety of foods to choose from ty.
I personally would leave out the sweetener because I cannot imagine sweet pancake batter. It's already sweet as can be with the toppings. Thanks for sharing.

I tried these. They were okay. I’m not an egg with a lot of syrup type of person and these were an egg like consistency. I guess that was to be expected. But it taste like pancake batter which was good. I’m not sure I’d make this again but I’m glad I tried this recipe. You never know unless you try right? Thanks for sharing!

I've been making these for years (I don't add sweetener though) and LOVE them! I'll definitely try the syrup you used, since I'm not loving the one I use currently! In place of syrup I often use a cinnamon/sweetener mix, sprinkle it on and roll them up. Yum!

Eggs have .6 carbs each, Philly cream cheese has 1 carb per ounce. Other brands have 2 carbs per ounce. I don't know how she says 0 carbs. 6.4 carbs in each recipe. I will admit they are low carb, but not 0. I have been making these for years now, since I did Atkins. Very good!

These are very similar to the thinner, eggy Swedish pancakes my mom's best friend, who was from Sweden, would make for us. I loved them! Always preferred them to regular pancakes, which seem dry and bleah to me. I'm excited to find a keto way to make these yummies I remember so fondly. Also, the little happy dance at every tasting makes me smile. :)

I love your recipes Myra, they allow us to enjoy all the fun foods and still be healthy. No doubt you put in the work testing them out. The one thing I wish is that you would answer some of the questions in the comments, there’s often lots of questions under your videos that I too have almost always, I know you cant answer every comment that’s crazy but a few from time to time. Love you still. I just baked the coffee cake this evening and 💜💜💜 it 👌🏾 I assumed it would have coffee in it but I followed the recipe minus the molasses as I didn’t have that and I wasn’t sure if Keto friendly but still it tastes so good and it goes with coffee hence “the coffee cake” 😀. Last week I did the banana loaf was also yummy that my family wanted me to do it again, here in the UK we are not always privileged to have access to some ingredients, I couldn’t find the banana extract so I just used liquid stevia with banana flavour which I didn’t really get banana but the cake was nice still. Next up this version of pancakes

I would remove an egg or 2. Add pinch of salt, a pinch vanilla extract and if you want thicker try 1 tbs of almond flour. Either way, thank you. I made it to my like and it satisfied my craving.
I did not add sweetener to the batter , instead I added 2Tbsp of softened butter and banana extract. I drizzled a small amount of vanilla flavored, sugarfree syrup over them. They were the best banana pancakes Ive ever had!

Prefer them hardy without the sweetener but with some cheese or thinly sliced bacon on top of the batter. And then get it nicely crisped up when flipping the pancake. Maybe add some cinnamon instead of sweetener with thinly sliced banana and maybe some bacon. I think cacao powder and some full fat milk or grass butter (depending on the thickness of the batter for chocolate infused pancakes. I think they would taste good with some unsweetened whipped cream some bleu berries.

I love your recipes Myra, they allow us to enjoy all the fun foods and still be healthy. No doubt you put in the work testing them out. The one thing I wish is that you would answer some of the questions in the comments, there’s often lots of questions under your videos that I too have almost always, I know you cant answer every comment that’s crazy but a few from time to time. Love you still. I just baked the coffee cake this evening and 💜💜💜 it 👌🏾 I assumed it would have coffee in it but I followed the recipe minus the molasses as I didn’t have that and I wasn’t sure if Keto friendly but still it tastes so good and it goes with coffee hence “the coffee cake” 😀. Last week I did the banana loaf was also yummy that my family wanted me to do it again, here in the UK we are not always privileged to have access to some ingredients, I couldn’t find the banana extract so I just used liquid stevia with banana flavour which I didn’t really get banana but the cake was nice still. Next up this version of pancakes

I would remove an egg or 2. Add pinch of salt, a pinch vanilla extract and if you want thicker try 1 tbs of almond flour. Either way, thank you. I made it to my like and it satisfied my craving.

I did not add sweetener to the batter , instead I added 2Tbsp of softened butter and banana extract. I drizzled a small amount of vanilla flavored, sugarfree syrup over them. They were the best banana pancakes Ive ever had!

Prefer them hardy without the sweetener but with some cheese or thinly sliced bacon on top of the batter.
And then get it nicely crisped up when flipping the pancake.
Maybe add some cinnamon instead of sweetener with thinly sliced banana and maybe some bacon.
I think cacao powder and some full fat milk or grass butter (depending on the thickness of the batter for chocolate infused pancakes.
I think they would taste good with some unsweetened whipped cream some bleu berries.
