I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for not only spreading the music of Ren about your plateform, but to provide a respectful and a genuine reaction to his powerful tracks. I don't know how cruel the internet may be but I just wanted to let you know that you are incredible to let yourself be vulnerable, to allow emotions to flood your mind and heart in response to these tales. Most people are afraid to be as human as we all are but your heartfelt reaction to Ren's genius music is testament that our emotions; however they are to be felt, echos life louder than even the noisiest of cities or the loudest screams of insanity. I am happy to hear the humanity in your reaction and to subscribe to your channel of integrity. Thank you for this moment and godspeed if you continue through his mind bending catalog.

There is no better storytelling in the world, than what these 3 songs did. Genius!
I started my Ren journey when Violet's Tale came out. I was so shocked by the impact it had on me, I was panicking as he went into Stevie's character like that.. it just painted such a vivid picture of scenes that happen in this world every damn day. But his music (and also the one by the big push, Chinchilla and Sam, Romain...) have been this steady anchor, comfort but also important reminders. Thank you for reacting to Ren's music, even making a whole weekend out of it, and for sharing your emotions like that.

Ren is a modern day shakespeare. A lyrical genius with a futuristic medieval sound. This kid is on a completely different parallel than any other artist. Everyone will know him soon ❤️

I again enjoyed your genuine, heartfelt reaction. Although I have watched this several times already, I can't help but get emotional every time. Ren is an exceptional storyteller who can make you experience the emotions of the story's participants. He is a brilliant artist. May I suggest you react to "The Money Game" parts I and II; it is another excellent performance. I would also suggest you watch/react to his performances as a member of "The Big Push," as well as his collaborations with Sam Tompkins, Chinchilla, and others.

He tells the stories and the filming of the stories are all done so well i found myself looking for the bodies laying on the ground. The saddest thing about this is the fact each of these things are happening in every town, city, and country at this very moment and the cycle continues

I survived a marriage that played out much like violets tale because I discovered Devins relentlessly positive inspirational metal music. He made me realize that I wanted to live again and I escaped. This is only one of many sides to Ren. He literally touches every style. Money Game pt2 would be a great one to check out and also highly recommend checking out his band The Big Push. A great place to start imo would be their "I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop." Yes a cover, but its like nothing you've heard before. Enjoying the journey!

You said this was going to be a wormhole. I suggest you try to find out about this Ren feller. I haven't been able to find out a whole lot, but here is the amazing part. This kid sounds like he's been absolutely ravaged by Lyme Disease, to the point where he can barely walk. This totally makes sense with some of his song contents and lyrics. Absolutley an incredible story. Even cooler for me, he just announced on his Facebook page that he is finally going to see an autoimmune disease specialist for his condition and he'll be moving for awhile to my neck of the woods, over here in Western Canada. Actually moving to my city of Calgary, AB. I can't wait till Ren blows up and we get to see more of him, but what a brilliant start eh?
BTW, anyone else thinks he looks like Al Iaquinta from the UFC?

Ahh your reaction means so much! I watched Ren release these videos over the years, and the way he released them was as good as the songs themselves! From his phone being robbed by screech to his instagram being reported and having to create a whole profile for screech to the way two men in balaclavas stood outside Brighton train station to guide his fans to a secret location to watch all 3 tales live! There was a video of that on his YT just not sure if it’s still there! The Money Games next!!!!!

I've been renting my house for the past 20 years. I'm also in the UK and I have painted 2 murals, 1 in my bedroom and one in my art studio. Luckily my landlords don't care what I do (to a degree) LOL

I love reactions not for the technical but rather for the emotional. With Ren, it seems to be mainly stunned silence.
Having watched a number of Ren’s videos now, I’m just amazed at how CLEAN Brighton looks. Even city side streets with graffiti look clean. Glasgow, where I am, sure isn’t. Even the nice streets look rough.

Jenny was only 14 but had walked those streets in heels 1000 times before.... 4. In Violets tale when Ren looks up at the staircase, it's to make use of the reverb effect...it was a single take. :)

Genius is a term thrown around far too easily but in Rens case there is no other word than can be used. I'm 47, grown up with amazing music but I've never seen or heard anything like this. Just brilliant. Most of his songs and videos are live and one take aswell.

Wake to WOnder is one of the hugely unrecognised bands from SA, as you can see from this.
