      HA HA ❤️ one minute everyone was older than me, then I must have blinked and everyone was suddenly younger than me 🤣🤣 so it’s refreshing to see someone older than me for a change 😂
      But u not wrong about the young lad Ren, he’s got a wise head on them shoulders and can put across emotions with his words at ease.
      He’s got some lovely tunes but `suicide’ broke my heart and had me balling like a baby 😢 but I can’t only relate when he sings of the meds he was on 👍 not good for us 👍

    I hope Ren knows how incredibly happy we all are that he was able to claw his way out of the deep, deep cavern in which he found himself. His ability to share his journey has to be helpful for those millions who are still in their cave of pain or suffering. I hope Ren is eventually able to fully experience life with less focus on his health journey.. I wish him continued health improvement.. and peace of mind!

    I'm old enough to be Ren's Gran. I am blown away at the brilliance of this young man. I have struggled with Chronic Autoimmune illnesses and Chronic Pain injuries since I was 12 years of age. Like Ren I spent years being misdiagnosed and because of reaction to meds was sent into psychosis. Have struggled against the horrific medical community for years now. Bless you dear Ren for your brilliance in telling the stories of the desperate need for change in Western Medicine. And for your outstanding gift as a creative genius.

      Hi Ravenwild. Have you heard of the Medical Medium? He has amazing info about what is causing all these auto immune conditions. Millions of people are getting well from doing this plant based diet. I really would love to get in touch with Ren to share this info and something that could help him and so many others. I had Lymes and other chronic condition and I am healing so well now without any medication. Do you know how I could contact this wonderful young man?

      Fad diets from 'gurus' are not the answer. Besides which, Ren is highly allergic to virtually all food. The only thing his body accepts, most of the time, are a couple of different types of organic meat and 3 or 4 different organic vegetables. Thus he has virtually the same plain meal, every single mealtime and nothing in between those meals. He's tried widening his diet on many occasions but it's never ended well. If he followed your guru's diet, he'd be dead not long after doing so.

    • @Mhantrax
      @Mhantrax ปีที่แล้ว +17

      While it is not a miracle, nor a fix all, if you are suffering from chronic illnesses or pain, there are a great many chronic problems in our society that are attached to our food and eating patterns.
      I am 52 years old. I used to have horrific wheezing from asthmatic reactions after mowing half a yard. I had joint pain, would have to stop and catchy breath after running up 7 stairs, was prediabetic and had such bad, "allergies," that I missed work 3-4 times per year with lung inflammation that got so bad I would need steroids to reduce the swelling.
      Well, it turns out almost all of this is from a general inflammatory response from my body. A few things seem to combine to cause this: very high insulin resistance is probably the number one contributor. This is usually from eating too frequently (6 small meals per day is snacks is horrific advice) and eating too many carbohydrates, specifically sugar, which is hidden in almost all ultra processed food, but sugared drinks and juices are the worst. Straight to the liver with no protection (fiber and fat can slow down absorbtion).
      Another reason for inflammation in our bodies is leaky gut syndrome. The smooth muscles in our digestive system become, "loose fitting," allowing small particles to cross into our blood stream. The body recognizes it and attacks, as is its job. What happens when the body sends out it's soldiers? Inflammation.
      In short:
      1. Ditch sugary drinks and juices.
      2. Eat whole, real foods. If it is in a box, don't do it.
      3. Reduce carbohydrates significantly. Fat is actually important and the low fat diet is dead wrong. No fat? No hormones telling you that you are full. No fat high carbs? Too much insulin production, cells start ignoring the insulin signals, pancreas creates more insulin to compensate, which is ignored further. Insulin is the, "store fat," hormone. And not just butt or belly fat, but fat storage around the liver and organs. That's what's deadly.
      4. Fast. I know this terrifies people, but allowing your insulin level to drop for a long period of time is extremely healthy. It takes a few weeks, but your body can become fat adapted, which means it learns to easily switch to fat burning for energy once all of the glucose from your diet and stores in your muscles is consumed. Don't worry about, "not enough glucose," your body makes what it needs from burning the fat (gluconeogenesis). Start checking out Intermittent Fasting, a few 36 hours fast maybe a 3 day fast a few times per year. But DO eat your full calories for the day when you eat your, say, two meals. Maybe a few hundred cores less than normal is ok, but only eating 1000 calories in your eating days will damage your resting metabolism.
      Read:
      Dr Jason Fung - The Obesity Code for a fantastic beginner breakdown of all of this.
      Dr Robert Lustig - very deep discussion of the mechanisms if you like the super deep science. Well written though. Friendly. "Feed the gut, protect the liver."
      p.s. Ren speaks of microbiome and disbiosis. You can heal this as well after fasting for 36 hours or more. Start with some grass fed bine broth (grass fed because you need the billions of natural bacteria, fungi etc from a cow eating naturally), then an hour later eat fermented food like sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir or Greek yogurt (full fat plain). An hour later eat some greens, asparagus, other veggies as this is good for the new bacteria settling in your gut.
      Don't let our society take away the rest of your life and convince you that you are meant to suffer forever!
      All of those things I mentioned before? Gone. Sure, a few odd ball human things crop up. My elbow still has pain after a scooter accident, I got a real sickness for the first time in two years since starting this. But overall, I feel better than I have since my early 30s. During the summer I went out in 95 degree weather and chain sawed the overgrown hedges for 45 minutes, went in and drank some water, then took a mile run. Before just waking out to the car in 95 degree weather would have tortured me. But my metabolic system is healed and it has transformed getting older doesn't mean we are destined for all of these breakdowns. It's our food. It's the sugar. It's the ultra processed food full of too many cheap useless carbs (fiber removed, sugar added) and poor quality fat. Don't take my word for it, I'm just a dude telling my story. Do some research. If you want TH-cam videos, one guy does university level teaching about the basics of body biochemistry and all of this, Sten Eckberg.

    I don't have Lyme, but I've been on a very similar path medically for (ironically) 13 years. Ren's music made me aware that an antidepressant I had been on was slowly driving me crazy, on top of dealing with fibromyalgia and kidney disease. Every lyric, every word Ren speaks, I understand on a very personal and deep level. I stopped the medication, which has literally given me back the ability to pray. For so long I was sick, lost, and had given up. I have a long road ahead, but I have hope for the journey, which is really all you need. Ren saves lives. He helped save mine. 💜💜💜

    • @irenebeth111
      @irenebeth111 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      For me it is was also 13 years also.. 13 years BEFORE I finally demanded a tick born disease panel and was positive for Lyme. Late stage. I'm not sure how I was never diagnosed with anything prior as most people in my position r wrongly diagnosed w MS, fibromyalgia.. and many other diseases that the medical system denies knowing the cause of.. yet they find Lyme bacteria in the brains of people who lived their entire lives with a diagnosis such as MS. This is an even worse prison since the search is now over and only symptoms of this disease, which is merely a blanket term for the symptoms that occur, are now treated with no hope of recovery. Meanwhile the bacteria of Lyme continue to grow in deeper levels of the body, organs and brain .. making it harder to reach by medkcines, natural or prescription. This is why systemic treatments like hyperbaric oxygen, ozone therapy, rife machines, and IV treatments can, sometimes, be helpful as they go deeper
      I'm not sure why I responded to you. The 13 years seems to be a reoccurring number and it caught my eye
      Much love to another Ren Fan ❤

      I HEAR YOU! No one understands unless you’re going through it. Ren explains it better than ANYONE in my life! I’ve had tons of Drs. Hospital stays. Surgery that were supposed to be 2 day stay. I was in a Full On Coma, SO everyone thought. I FELT PAIN on a UN Human way for 10 DAYS! !! I saw my family coming to door & the nurse wouldn’t let anyone in to see me. I heard every nurse that sat w/ me. Some read to me. I couldn’t move. Total paralyzed! But the pain was like some took a HOT fire Iron and kept stabbing me!
      I was begging to DIE! But, I couldn’t speak. 10 days in, an angel, or guardian , came to me. She told me I was going to have the pain go away. I literally woke that day.
      I need more surgeries. But, I’m petrified to even risk it. Btw… I woke up during the surgery.
      I told the surgeon what they were saying. He did feel awful. Said I had his entire team in tears. That they would never forget the experience I went through. I know that UNBELIEVABLE PAIN Ren is speaking of. I wouldn’t wish it on one soul. Nothing Helps it.
      None thought I could have been bit by a tick. “ Didn’t fit the mold” I also contracted RMSF. Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. W/ Lyme Disease.
      Told by my doctors, I had to have a full hysterectomy on top of it! 27 yrs old. Now, I don’t trust anyone. My psychiatrist helps to keep my daily pain at bay. I do have decent days. Past week was great. The 2 months before, barely could get out of bed. It’s so much to explain.
      I hope you have pain relief. Don’t push everyone away like, I’m doing. This is for ANYONE reading this. I’ve never commented on a post about this. I wish everyone well. Wish we lived in a society without greed! Help those who are suffering. Medical Drs. Getting their hands tied by Big Pharma.
      Keep questioning your Drs. Don’t believe them all, either.
      For now…I wish everyone Better Health.
      Thank You REN! I’ve never heard ANYONE put it in words like you have. Your music is on spot. Please stay w/ us. Forever REN! 🎶🎼🎵💞

    I love Ren. I spent 10yrs of my life with medical staff telling me it was in my head when it wasn't. The medical trauma is so real. The only thing that helped me get through it was using the experience to help others and believing this is a soul contract I chose. It's a daily battle, and Im so grateful for Ren's music. Thank you for all that you give to the world!

    Ren, my husband has had viral-onset chronic fatigue syndrome since 2020 (maybe COVID maybe not we don’t know because it was before the tests were even available). He was bedridden for 2 years and the last year he was finally regaining some independence. Then a month ago, not long after his 30th birthday, we found out he has cancer (unrelated to the chronic fatigue). Now he’s going through chemotherapy on top of trying to manage his chronic fatigue. Your music is a comfort to me as a caretaker and I’m so grateful to you for sharing the story of the chronically ill. We are such a hidden community and you are shining a beautiful bright light on us for the better. Thank you 🙏🏻

    Wow, Rens mental state reminds me of my son with autism. The parallel lining up of objects, the tics in speech..jumping out of a moving car, stripping off the clothes…the brain and gut inflammation . I have been working on it for twenty 27 years and I will never give up making his life the best possible. We love unconditionally and I will never give up.And I agree with Ren, the medical machine sucks. Just like Rens story waiting for months for a Dr. Appointment only to have it fail. Then waiting for months for the next appointment. ❤❤❤I’m so happy he’s made it to the other side ❤❤❤

      YES LITERALLY, i wanted to literally say ren could be autistic but i didnt want to be offensive to anyone, but i self diagnosed myself, and are chasing official diagnosis, and ive researched it heavily, ren is a next level artist to me, he speaks to the unmasked me, and i kept having a feeling he could be autistic due to his obsession with vocal cues, vocal tones, ticks, hums, theyre all similar to stims i would do growing up, and have recently started doing more due to his music, all his music screams nastalgia of my childhood, unless everyone feels this way and not just ASD people.

      @GeminiPurPower ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@Sncex it’s very similar to a savant. The very first time I saw Ren in a interview a couple years ago I saw it right away ( the ADHD) but I just kept my mouth shut but Ren is a remarkable man and openly discusses his ADD/ADHD. Which is just fabulous for this community. My son is very unique and gifted abilities too. When he was 5 he memorized every capital city in the United States and then moved onto different countries. Not because I taught him but because I put a world poster in his room as a toddler and he spent hours just looking at it. His math and reading skills too. The brain is an amazing thing.

    When I first heard the Seven Sins song it had me in tears after the first verse. Now I know why. I went through something very similar. About 13 years ago I went to my doctor because I was in a lot of pain. He ran tests, referred me to someone else, who referred me to someone else, & so on. It kind of felt like playing the telephone game. One doctor told me it was all in my head, just post partum. Another accused me of being an addict. So I stopped going. About 4 months later I had a mass in my neck that looked like I had a golf ball right under my skin. But the last few doctors I'd seen had been so terrible, I refused to go in. It wasn't until I woke up in the middle of the night thinking I was having a heart attack. I lucked out with the doctor in the ER that night. When he ruled out heart attack he didn't just send me home. I ended up having cancer, & it had gone untreated for so long & grown so much, he told me I only had 3 to 5 years left to live. I'm very lucky that I am blessed enough to have been able to watch my kids grow up. So anyone who is suffering like that, or the way Ren did, PLEASE advocate for yourself. Doctors are not always right.

    What an absolutely wonderful interview. Cudos! Ren is so perfect at giving a voice to my soul and speaking things I hadn't even realized into existence. I currently battle 5 autoimmune disorders and if on the rare occasion I find myself not experiencing pain, brain fog, and extreme fatigue, I will be hyper-aware of my body, hear my own heart beat, how I'm breathing, worry, feel anxious and sometimes think I'm dying. I had never really thought of it being the fact that I am so used to feeling so bad that normal feels foreign to me. The understanding and acceptance I have in my life since I found Ren is a true gift.

      oh my god, same, i think im autistic, adhd, and ren i would assume could be autistic and adhd, because HE SPEAKS TO ME, in a way no one ever has, most of what he speaks in this interview basically screams ASD traits... i think anyway.

    When he described ADHD I teared up. You don’t have to be musically talented for music to heal the ailments. I can’t play anything or sing but I enjoy music immensely, especially Ren’s music, it calms my body but stimulates my brain. It gives me a reason to sit in peace and absorb. It sends my thoughts in every direction but keeps me calm. Amazing! Thank you!

    He should be on all the big major shows. man the stuff you went through could help people all over the place. this is insane. Finally an actual grounded person and it's taking this long for him to blow up it's insane. He could literally help people. How about everybody just stop with all these other artists let's get him blowing up first

      I know what you mean but I don’t think Ren should be on all the major shows . Then he would be exploited by them - the people who need to find him will find him through his music and thoughtful interviews like this .

      He is light, there is no doubt about that. He speaks for us, those without a voice with his lyricism/music, he lifts everyone who finds him. Music is one of the best ways to connect. Music is the language of God (s). Peace and love to you sister❤️🌎🇦🇺

      I have always thought of him as an empath and light worker from the first time I heard him. At 73 years old I bought his music as I had a real soul connection to him and love his genius as a musician . He is an all round artist who can make all kinds of music. His singing voice is brilliant , extraordinary and just amazing. He’s highly intelligent and I do believe he is a light being . Blessings and big intentions sent to him for ongoing fame that he so deserves.💜💜💜🌟🌟🌟🌟😊😊
