You were in the neighborhood that my wife and I visit frequently, and every time we go we have lunch at the Simik Photographic Museum. We are pleased to appreciate your foreign perspective on our neighborhoods. I have not seen other TH-camrs who enter the most common neighborhoods like you do, showing the true spirit of a city. Muy buena reseña de un barrio que conozco hace 60 años. Es uno de los barrios mas antiguos en cuanto a su progreso respecto de otros de la ciudad, pero eso le da ese encanto que, lo ha hecho convertirse en un "distrito audiovisual" ya que muchas empresas productoras de espectáculos de cine y televisión lo han elegido para radicarse por lo barato y por la cercanía a todo el resto de Buenos Aires (por lo menos para los espectáculos) y además cada día se va convirtiendo en otro polo gastronómico para nosotros los habitantes de la ciudad. Bueno espero que la pasen bien en Rosario (ciudad hermosa). Les dejo un gran saludo desde Caballito, Bs. As. !!.

I love it too. I spent 6 weeks this year in Calle Vera in nearby Villa Crespo.
There was a well-known radio ad in the '70s and '80s that advertised: "Aceite, bueno y barato - Forest cuatro-cuatro-cuatro" (that would be: "(cooking) oil good and cheap - Forest 444").
I just checked and - *incredibly* - it's still there (at 7:00, a block to the right). Thanks as always for the great walking tour, Garry.

El tren Urquiza llega hasta Lemos en el Partido de San Miguel (hay un shopping) y pasa por Agronomía, Villa Bosch, Martín Coronado y demás.
I am from Villa Crespo, the best hood in all CABA. Right beside Chacarita.
When you say Abasto I first think of singer Luca Prodan and his band Sumo. Check that band out. And visit Tigre 🐯 a sunny day. Beautiful videos!

nice video again garry, if u like to walk i recommend the neighborhoods of villa urquiza coghland savedra colegiales and belgrano r. Specially the first 3 you that like more calm neighborhoods .

Caballito neighborhood is one of my favorite. CHacarita is a quite place, very trendy

Almagro esta pegado al barrio de Caballito y no está esta tan cerca de Caballito.

Chacharita esta mas limpio que Palermo y la gente paga 5 veces mas por alquilar en Palermo.
I thought Argentina's economy was in the toilet , from your video, there seems to be a lot of economic activity.
It is tough times in Argentina for sure but it is a major industrial and agricultural powerhouse. Even in tough times, the country keeps going, and the people are strong, resilient and resourceful. They have been through tough times before and they manage to survive and thrive.
Argentina is ALWAYS going through some sort of economical crisis. That's just us. Our economy isn't for the faint of heart but to us, it's normal life. 😅
