Hi there! Actually, "las Yungas" the rainforest you saw at the museum, is part of a bioregion characteristic of the Andes mountain range and is located in the province of Salta. Lush vegetation in, as you mentioned, otherwise arid high-desert environment.

Deberia recorrer mas alla de Bv. Avellaneda, sin necesidad de llegar a barrios como Las Flores, Vía Honda. El video no muestra las dos caras de la misma moneda .

Oh man, hearing that churrero cruise by on his moto just brought back a flood of memories for me. I lived in Rosario for almost 4 years. Made so many amazing friends. I’m proud to say that the locals adopted me as another Rosarino, and I think of it as my adopted home to this day. The city also has a reputation for its beautiful women (which is no exaggeration). Rosario still has a piece of my heart. Great summary of the history of the city by the way. (FYI, if you walk south from the park where you filmed you’ll arrive at a large round building that includes an information center for tourists - can’t remember the name - but they have lots of useful information and very useful free folding pocket maps of the city).

I really liked this video Gary! You were walking in my neighborwood! I personally believe that is the most beautiful one from Rosario. Regarding what you said about the centro zone, the part were you bought the shoes that have many stores is called “micro centro” and where you were in this video (Pichincha for ex) is called “macro centro” which also conteins other neighborwood too. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in Rosario! Thanks for showing the beautiful things of our city!
