Probably because Manchester bent over for the tories to get the investment , Liverpool won’t do that so we’ve been cast aside by all the Tory government’s in the past

@@billyedwards6941 That is militant hogwash. Liverpool isn't moving with the times. I like Liverpool, but it's progress is slow. We don't even have a tory party in the UK anymore.
