I will be having this for dinner. At lunchtime I had a bowl to try out. It was so good!!! While it was in the crockpot I could smell it. It was wonderful. You could smell it in the hallway. I think some neighbors are jealous. TYSM!!!

This recipe is awesome. I did my usual twist. I use the beef stew mix, but instead of flour, I added a package of brown gravy mix. You added peas, I also added a can of drained corn and green beans. I didn't cook the noodles first, just mixed them in the last 20 to 30 minutes to cook and absorb all the extra juices. So yummy.

We were in Gatlinburg a few weeks ago and loved it.
Looks easy and Delicious.
Now this looks delicious, I'm definitely going to try it. I love the idea of adding the french fried onions on top when serving. There is just 2 off us and being older our appetites aren't huge, but I could half this and still have more than enough for us with leftovers. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us.

That looks fabulous can I use frozen peas, oh yeah the crispy fried onions. I have hamburger in the freezer already cooked can I use that in the recipe just warm up and add the onions and cook them then go from that point. Can't wait to try this casserole yummy. This looks delicious. I probably would leave out the noodles although they would thicken it to be more like a casserole. I would also like to try canned tomatoes in this. She makes cooking look easy. 😋

Looks absolutely yummy. I think I'd use a full quart of broth, and instead of precooking the noodles, put them into the crock pot dry for the last hour of cooking.

I like the recipe, but if I am doing a crockpot meal, I don't want to cook something 1st. I have learned from cube steak and gravy in crockpot I don't have to cook it 1st. Thank you for the recipe, you're awesome
Correct, you don't have to cook it first.
I like your little veggie chopper. I need my onions cut up really small though so does it have different size blades? I use that same seasoning packet for beef stew it's really yummy! I think it's a casserole dish they makes a casserole 😂 but I can't wait to try this one!
I used the smallest blade that came with the chopper.
