      This channel is here to stay and active. Sharing pu foam formulations here is most fun, interesting and main goal for this channel, there are 100s of PU foam formulations from 10 to 40 density to share on this channel because everyday I am researching. 12 density PU foam formulation is work in progress and maybe uploading in 2 to 3 days.       Hello, thanks for your feedback but unfortunately I don't have any knowledge of rigid foam manufacturing process

      You have to start with buying the machine and later obtain formulation after installing the machine. This TH-cam channel will be there to guide you free of charge on how to formulate any foam density you may want. buy the machine, install it, buy raw materials in place. You will get all technical supports from foaming Machine Seller and here too
