    Hey Matt, I'm 14 and play in Australia at the NPL level as a goalkeeper. Just an idea for a video, make a video with your goalkeeper explaining his journey and the best way to go about receiving trials at pro clubs and youth academies as a young goalkeeper??? Maybe also include some of the things that goalkeeper coaches specifically look for? I love your videos and they really inspire me! Keep up the great content Matt!!!

    instead of a protein shake put it in a bowel with a touch of water then baking powder, and wip to egg whites in it. ITS ALOT OF VOLUME!!! filling and tastes fluffy and delicious

      I would do body weight training and a little strength training but mainly focus on technique and skill

      I am 14 and I do weights but no excessive heavy lifting. Body weight is great as well

      If u decide to do strength training make sure u are eating a lot and very clean, u burn many calories while playing so u need to eat plenty in order for strength training to work

    Thanks for this video man! Super surprised on how much dietary fat you consume compared to carbs. Any chance you could do a 2 minutes Tuesday on the importance of dietary fats for athletes or the role of dietary fats for athletic performance. Minimum amount of fat that one should consume.

      You could try another dairy product high in protein such as milk, but if your stomach is hurting from yogurt, you may have a slight allergy to dairy, and milk might make your stomach hurt too.

      if you eat a healthy diet the only vitamins you need are b12 and D if you don't have enough sun exposure

    Any athlete should look into Stan Efferding’s Vertical Diet... it’s really good for any form of athlete, been on it for a month and I can feel the difference. The hardest part about playing ⚽️⚽️ is eating enough calories so that my weight doesn’t drastically drop.

    Muscle Milk contains a lot of bad fillers & ingredients that are harmful to your body over time . I would recommend investing into a more cleaner source of protein powder , may not taste as good since most clean ones have zero sugar , zero artificial or “Natural” Flavorings but it makes a difference . Pea or Whey Isolate either one is fine but know whey protein spikes your insulin levels more .
