For your ankle's try heating them for like 15 minute's so that they get more loose, I have the same problem because i used to skate the sprain my ankle and keep skating anyways, I still skateboard for fun mostly on weekend's if I have time but spend a majority of my time focused on Football and I find that heating it with like a heat pad or a warm wet towel increases the mobility, also massage your ankle and do the ankle roll's, plantar and dorsiflexion it help's me a lot and it help me get deeper squat's , that and using "the stick" on my calf's hitting both part's of the calf
Hey Matt, I don't think it's a good idea to be eating a full can of tuna every single day. Mercury poisoning is something to worry about if you've been eating it that consistently. I suggest you eat canned tuna every other day or every 2 days.
I agree, I've done some research and most studies have shown it to be "most likely safe" but there's no need to risk it. I'll cut down to 3-4 cans a week.

I am a goalkeeper and obviously shot stopping is priority. However, the coach wants me to improve my distribution with my feet. I plan on training 6 days a week this summer to prepare for preseason, how often would you recommend training ball skills of those 6 days?

The best thing is not to eat on an empty stomach in the morning. The best thing to do is pack up on your pasta the night before and wait until after your morning workout to eat. It will give you a better workout. Do not take my word for it. Research.

Hey Matt, my father is a dietologist and as he says its not a good idea to re-hear your food especially the rice and the meat. That's because the rice looses its proteins after 3 hours no matter if you put it in the fridge, same with the meat. I just wanted to let you know! Btw great vid... ;)

Don't have one. I eat tuna, rice cakes, and grapes right after the gym. From the research I've done, I've found that the 30 minute anabolic window after your workout is a myth. As long as you consume enough protein evenly spaced through your day, your muscles will grow.

Absolutely! However, never use a protein shake in replace of real food though. Protein you get from a chicken breast is better than the protein from a shake.

ALXBYRN rice is a less processed carbohydrate. It's much healthier, plus when you eat pasta, different sauces that are less healthy often go on top. I prefer to eat my rice with vegetables, which is also very good for you
That's only a concern if you store the rice at room temperature. I refrigerate the rice after cooking which doesn't allow for the growth of the bacteria which causes food poisoning.
everyones daily intake is different. What he eats, it may actually be more than your maintenance levels, do some research and find out your macro nutrients

Probably around a half because preseason is right their for you. So maybe 1.5 - 2 hours of passing, dribbling, and control. And don't neglect vision!!
