    Jym supplements are great. I've been taking for years but my favorite is the Jym Pre workout. Able to last longer and get consistent sprints the full 90 minutes.

    Dear Matt,
    I have some questions for you;
    Is it good to both train football and go to the gym at the same day, every day ( minus the rest day)?
    2nd, Why and when do you drink these protein shakes/drinks? I don't have these products yet, but what can I replace these products? Protein bar? Protein drink?
    and 3rd lastly, how do you setup your diet schedule? I mean, I have 5 meals (breakfast, 2x snack, lunch, dinner and sometimes late snack) but the problem is that I don't vary the food, I pretty much eat the same food every meal because I don't know what type of food is good to eat and what's not. Do you know where I can find a personal diet schedule? or something like that?

    Hi Matt, I also suffer from the tendinitis is my knee and today it stopped me from my training (I was running), I know you said about the eccentrics which I do but I was wondering if you had any other ways I could prevent the knee pains or any tips to deal with it - many thanks and great to see you recovering from your injury 👍

    for football bodyweight is perfect because its not as explosive as alot of american sports. long training sessions and a little weight training is the best.

    Matt, I understand why you need to add the ad in the vid but I suggest doing it at the end! When we already see you using it in the vid our interest will be drawn and eventually want to know what that stuff really is... Just seems like the ad in the beginning of the vid makes you more of a sale man if that makes any sense. Just a suggestion ofcourse!

    Would mean the world to me if u could reply. Its off season and i started work this year 8hours daily 9-5 and i would get back home rest for 2 to 3 hours and then go for a 5km run daily and some rest days i would reduce it to 3km. I started working extra hours so its 9-5 and then 8-10 so i got no time to run, thats been going on for 3 days and it will continue for about 3 to 4 more. What do you think would be some great exercises for my legs even though being 10 hours a day on my feet and walking non stop is some kind of exercise. Thanks brother and keep up! ❤️
