really this is an awesome bike ever,i bought this bike in oct-2015 still now there are no prob,d same matte blue edition,performance is really awesome.
I am planning me to buy 180 with ABS but everyone is discouraging me about the vibs. How bad is it?
I think Indian roads need ABS. There a lot of situations (everyday/every hour) when people panic break and then face the consequences which are haunting. Any vibrations that people may say could be felt only after 80km/hr or more. But logically thinking, how frequent will you be driving at those speeds on such unpredictable and congested roads?

is there any fault at speedometer ( at 1:38 ) ? ...... why it is stucked at zero ?
+albert rose No there is no fault in speedometer...its just that speedometer wire is not connected & hence its not showing the speed..

Of course it has good sound but i would like to suggest to change the exhaust modle so that it will looks more beautiful
Your suggestion is heard by TVS...hence they have brought new dual barrel exhaust in Apache RTR 200. Hope they do for Apache 180 & 160 in coming model in future.

Did anyone got comments/Personal reviews about the matte blue color. For a longer use how's the color status still its same as new bike or shady or it looks odd(personal feeling).Generally i didn't see any matte blue bike outside for comparison for a long run.

There are lots of factors which affects the color of the bike. The longer you take care of the color / bike it will look great. Regular wash in the intervals & parking bike away from direct sunlight will slow down the color fading process.

06/Oct/16 - TVS showroom in Bangalore, costs TVS Apache RTR180 with ABS costs Rs.1,05,500 (On-Road price) + Rs.400 (Std. Accessories)
And the showroom doesn't have - "TVS Apache RTR180 with ABS" for test-drive
Instead they gave me "TVS Apache RTR160 (which by-default is WITHOUT ABS" for test-drive
And they asked to decide based on RTR 160 test-drive
I have a question.....The apache written on the fuel tank and the graphics on the mudguard are stickers!!!?

if u want to go for fast rides buy double disc but if you want to go for city Ride go for single disc option but i would suggest you go for double disk as there is not much difference in price
No matter. Because if you hit rear brake hard, wheel is locked up and your bike start skidding on road.
so I think rear drum will also work fine.
coz for preventing wheels lock you must use 80% front brake and 20% rear.

bhai iss me itan jada bi vibration bhi nahi he jitana sab sochate hai or aap bol rahe ho...ye to just common bat hai agar aap 100 or 110 ki speed cross kar te ho to automaticaly wo exeelator ka pura presure engine per jata he .... to bhai bike jab 110 ki speed tak pohochati tab vibration hona to common baat hai jo har bike mai hota hai....and its true fact bro.to fir aap chahe lakho rupees ki bikes leo toda vibration to hota hi he bhai....????!!!so will be accepted!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello Guys..I bought a Apache RTR 180 Black new model on October, 2016. It is an awesome bike with great power and looks. This guys has described it all but I want to say few things about it.
First --> Its mileage is quite impressive. Its around 45 kmpl. Awesome it is ryt? ;)
Second --> I went to Sakleshpur in it and went upto 111 kmph. I must say u wont get much vibration until u get 100 - 105 kmph. After that u may get some. But in earlier version of RTR 180, vibration used to come in 60kmph. So I can say it has LEAST VIBRATION.
Third --> I am 6' tall but still comfortable riding it in 100 kmph for at least 1.30 hrs at a stretch. Best thing is after completing 600 kms I did not feel any pain in my muscles. So well designed I must say.
Fourth --> Engine as well as braking is very powerful.
Fifth --> After all the running lamp is very sexy and I LOVE IT :P SO JUST GO FOR this BEAST guys. GO GO GO!!!!!!! :)

I am planning to buy a bike in 80K segment.I am confused between apache 180 and pulsar 180,which one should I buy?
+Sumit Arya Go to Apache 180 without any doubt. Its far more better than any Pulsar series. Performance, build quality, looks etc. is very attractive. After 8-9 months of usage, u will find the real difference when the gearbox of Pulsar starts noising and performance drops but Apache will be like a new bike.

I usually ride on highway and I get 50km per litre. I ride at different speeds of 70-80-90
are u sure that u get 50kmpl milage at 80kmph..
